Per previous tech I was able to access and repalce the inlet valve. I then turned the water on and found that it is no longer leaking. I also found that the cx has the cold water hooked up to the dishwasher. I informed the cx that the hot needs to be running to the dishwasher at min of 120 degress. Unit is functioning as intended.
