Unit at first was not accessible and unplugged. CX complaint is power shuts off. Inspected/tested and found after pluggin in the the ubnit is working properly as far as I can tell. compressor and all fans running. 3 way valve working. 120vac into unit and 5.4 vdc to compressor. Unit was actually starting to cool. According CX complaint something tells me this was a nuisance tripping issue from breaker but of course I cannot verify. I requested that CX (Lowes in Mewark DE) leave the unit plugged in and in 2 days if temps are good that the unit would be good. Job is complete

CX cokmplaint: unit too loud. Tested and verified complaint. The sound i was finding that the CX was talking about was tghe water streams hitting inside walls of unit. CX has a device to measure decibles and he was getting 45 to 52 decibles of sound. Unit is on an end and there is some gap to right of kick plate but sounmd is coming from higher up in unit. Ibnsulation is in place over body and behind kickplate. Called WPTL but recieved a message that they are in training and would be back on in 2 hrs. CX pulled up kitchenaid website and showed that is was on sitew listed at 39 decibels. In tech sheet i found decibels listed at 39 to 47. Unit working properly other than sound of spray hitting inner walls. Not unusually loud.; saved tckt
