"cx complaint unit making grinding noise again. inspected unit and verified complaint. found noise coming from ice box fan in fz hitting ice because fz evap is overfrosted again. rc and fz thermistor read good. first fc evap thermistor(the one that was shorting before) is reading -18 and 2nd fc evap thermistor reading 25. both encased in frost and close to each other so shouldnt be that big of a difference. cleared frost with steamer. tested heater and it is heating. noticed compressor kept running while in test mode. replaced fc evap harness that has both thermistors and fuse replaced last time, so no more splices. also replaced main control which came with front ui. tested unit. unit is now working properly."

"Customer complaint unit would not light around big burner in the middle arrived today and verified complaint. After inspecting unit I have found that burner head was not secure, and was wiggling all over, found that customer also had had a spill into burner head, which could have also been causing this issue. Removed burner head and inspected offices to make sure they were properly secure and right size. Replaced burner head and made sure it was securely fastened to orifice holder. Cleaned area and tested unit unit lit for big burner with no issues tested multiple times and also had customer with me and he also saw that it was lighting correctly. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

"i first took temps and found 4 degrees FC, 34 degrees RC. i took thermistor reading and found 6k RC and 9.4k FC. I found defrost thermistor read 13k. I then pulled unit into a 30 inch vacuum and found the needle moved about 2 psi after shutting guages. I then pressurized system to 140psi of nitrogen and found unit lost about 10psi right away. i used mega bubbles and wiped all joint I brazed and found 0 bubbles. called TL (SR7736640514) TL said unit will be set to the exchange program. I received the text comfirming that. i did charged system with 56gs of R600A to get the unit working until it is exchanged."

cx complaint is the unit displaying F8E1 and not filling. when i arrived the drain line was laying on teh floor going to a drain hole in the floor. i explained to cx the unit cant fill if the drian line doesnt go up the back of the unit. i raised the drain line and zip tied it to a pipe behind the unit so its at the correct height. the drain hose plugs into another drain hose from another unit to reach the hole in the floor. there is no clamp where the 2 lines meet and i dont have 1 so i zip tied that as well. tested unit and it is now workin as designed.

"Customer complaint front left burner is not cycling as it should arrive today and verified complaint pulled unit out and disconnected power. Inspected switch and found it was defective causing burner to not cycle often on. Replaced both left burner switches, reinstalled back panel and powered unit on tested each switch through its cycles and unit is now turning off and on as it should inspected and tested with customer unit is now working as intended.
