Found fans work but no cold air being trasnfered over and warm air return frozen over Using steamer cleared air return and all gaskets are sitting tight. Cold air now entering rc but when the door door switch is depressed no lights and control still displays. Found control only sending door switch 9.8 VAC so not enough to register and when bulbs are in its depleting voltage and not powering on lights and affecting cooling. Verified 0.1 Ohm and OL on door switch. Unit will need control which is NLA if found office will need to set return; ordrng 1 2304056 (control NLA)

cx complaint is the F1E5 error returning. cx said it returned quickly after frist visit but after second visit the unit began working again. i found F1E5 saved. i ran the unit for 1min and it worked fine. ran unit for 2min with no issues. started to replace the invertor board and found 1 red wire backing out of the small harness going from invertor to mag. once that connected was fixed i tested unit several times. it worked everytime. called office to have refund issued for invertor board. office is refunding 249.51. unit is working as desined.

"cx complaint is with temps and fridge temps go up and alarm goes off and when closing the fridge door the freezer door opens and you have to shut it and if you dont then freezer gets frost and ice all ovr and the other day the entire upper half of unit was frosted and had ice all over and not bottom. took temp readings first of 1 in freezer 38 in fridge.took back wall off and coils were white. had 2 frozen ie block spots where lines are and right side upper ends. lights and fans check. she showed me how doors are and they open when other doors are closed. called tech line to report and recording said call back in 2 hours as there doing a training. parts needed for cooling issue but as far as door goes everythings been replaced. ordered parts and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W10784036 (Assembly, Thermistor) and 1 W11676572 (Harness) and 1 WPW10160570 (Bi-metal, Defrost)"
