"Customer complaint is that the unit ran 1 load properly, the gave an F7E1 error code on the next attempt. Inspection of the drive system found no loose connections, splutch is secure. Ran test cycle and the unit shifted between agitate and spin properly, but did not run the diagnostic cycle for spin as long as normal. Also noticed that the new basket installed is out of round. Reordering basket. Ran a manual low speed spin test and the unit did spin, but then threw an F7E1 error code again. Ran tachometer test and the unit does not alway register that the basket is in motion or thinks it is moving faster than it is. Harness tested good. I then ran the diag test and found that it was able to complete the diag test. I then started a normal cycle and found that the unit was able to start the cycle and began filling.
