I ran a test cycle and found that the cma was dropped fromt eh splutch causing a grinding noise. I resecured the splutch and rre ran test cycle and found the unit tobe opperating with out issues. I was able to pop the top and run manuel test cycles on low and high speed spin and was able to display opperation to CX. I am ordering 1 set of suspenion rods (W11217817). "CX concerns are that the unit is not making ice. I used a thermacoupling in the RC and found that the temp is 41 when set to 39 & 2 in the FC when set to 0. I ran test 56 and found a E5 error code. I then ran test 57 and found the icemaker tines to strugle as the Icemaker harvested. I ran test 45 and found water to fill the icemaker. I also ran test 36 and found no icebox fan movment. I called WP Tech Line and explained my findings . I am mordering 1 icebox fan motor (W10846539), 1 icemaker (W11658802 ), and 1 icebox cover (WPW10598013). Once the parts are avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date. TL advised to use foil tape on the new icebox cove3r due to ld cover bowing.; ordrng 1 W10846539 (icebox fan motor) and 1 W11658802 (icemaker TOS) and 1 WPW10598013 (Icebox cover)"

"CX cp0omplaint water and ice dispenser not disoensing properly and the shelves are not linning up properly. Middle shelf had been pulled out and and needed to be snapped back into place.Drawer slide were dry and pulling shelves out with them. Lubercated slides with silicone p/n:wp99003172. Icemaker was not fualty cx just needed to be aware that ice chut was higher up to avoid ice spiulling. "cx complaint unit is not keeping temp. inspected unit and foud unit was unplugged, plugged unit in and found units compressor did come on. i removed evap cover and found unit did start to frost at the evap cap tube. I placed a amp clamp on compressor and found 1.09amps. I found after 1 hour unit built a normal frost pattern. i told cx to allow unit to cool for 24hrs and there is still an issue to call us back."

"cx complaint unit is not making ice. inspected unit and took a FC temp and found 0 degrees. test 56=E5, 57=01 unit did harvest and found home postion. i then ran test 15 and found it knows bin is empty, test 36=fan came on. test 45 I found valve came on but no water was in mold. I found fill tube was frozen. i did thaw it out. ran test 45 again and found it to be fine. ran test 19 and found 121.5vac to heater, heater did warm up. i reset power to unit. im ordering Ice maker. once part is in please call cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (ice maker)"

"CX complains unit is not heating to proper temps. CX states unit is 15-20*F colder than their thermometer that is in the oven. Informed the cx that oven thermomet is not as accurate as the calibrated oven thermistor and that will cause some variation. Heated unit to 350 and let it hold heat for 5 mins. unit is reading 339*F adjusted temp by 10*F. unit now within spec. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
