Flipped gasket top to bottom and noticed that now it is not sealing on the top. Used heat to mold the gasked and make it properly seal all around. Rised the Fc door about 1/8'. "cx complaint is condensation on the top of the FC door gasket and the whirlpool nameplate peeling off the unit. unit is within 30days of purchase. confirmed both issues. door gasket seal properly. i found the container cover has a gap at the top which may be allowing cold air to blow onto door gasket. i removed cover and reinstalled it but it does not stay tight at the top. called techline to document. they had me send in some pictures. they advised replacing the door and ordering a new container cover to make sure its not warped as well. ordering door, cover and nameplate. cx will call when door is delivered.; ordrng 1 W11223753 (nameplate) and 1 W11566702 (FC door black) and 1 W11558186 (container cover)"

Removed orifices and found they were lp from the factory instead of natural. Cx had conversion kit which was also lp.
