"Cx complaint is water spot on inner door and right hinge makes a noise occasionally when opening. Could not duplicate hinge but i did find insulation was pinched inside the spring. Corrected spring and applied more grease to hinge. Cx had hard water in the home and had water spot on everything inside the dishwasher even the plastic. Advised cx to keep using rinse aid, possibly switch brands, and use a stainless steel cleaner to try and remove the water spots. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete."

Ran test cycle and the unit did not drain, pump did not turn on. Unit tilted back and slight movement of the wiring harness caused the drain pump to turn on. Unit needs a new wiring harness. Reran the test cycle after getting the drain pump to cooperate to see how the drive system was working. Unit would not advance to the drive system test in order to see what the noise issue was.
