"i was able to access unit and found unit has had a SS done in the past. I hooked gauges up and found no pressure in system. I replaced compressor, dryer, evap. was able to pull unit into a 30in vacuum and found it to hold for 30 mins. I then charged system with 56g of R600A. I found unit began to build a frost pattern. advised cx 24hrs for cooling, 48hrs for ice. unit now checks good."

I pulled unit out and hook up guages and found a 28in vacuum low side and 5psi high side. i charged system with 140psi of nitrogen and found with in 5 mins i lost 2 psi. "Customer complaint is that the lid is locked. Found the unit unplugged. Unit plugged in and lid lock immediately turned on. Tried to cancel out, but it would not. Started diagnostic cycle and got the unit to drain. Unit tried to spin, but drum did not move. Canceled diagnostic cycle after draining and the lid unlocked. Basket spins freely, but makes a ticking noise. Inspection of the drive system found the splutch in the belt cover and the belt has fallen off. Splutch and belt replaced. Unit needs a new belt cover. Customer still had clothing in the unit from when the issue occurred. Started a quick wash cycle to check for any further issues. Unit is shifting and locking/unlocking properly.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 WPW10427633 (pulley shield), used 1 W10721967 (splutch), and 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"
