"Customer complaint is that the lid is locked. Found the unit unplugged. Unit plugged in and lid lock immediately turned on. Tried to cancel out, but it would not. Started diagnostic cycle and got the unit to drain. Unit tried to spin, but drum did not move. Canceled diagnostic cycle after draining and the lid unlocked. Basket spins freely, but makes a ticking noise. Inspection of the drive system found the splutch in the belt cover and the belt has fallen off. Splutch and belt replaced. Unit needs a new belt cover. Customer still had clothing in the unit from when the issue occurred. Started a quick wash cycle to check for any further issues. Unit is shifting and locking/unlocking properly.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 WPW10427633 (pulley shield), used 1 W10721967 (splutch), and 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"
