cx says the unit still has never made ice. 24f in the freezer and refrigerator is at 37f. set temps of -5f and 37f. no excess frost on the evaporator. low side pressure is -11psi and high side pressure is 90psi. pressures equilized quickly to 5psi in 5 minutes. filled the unit to 140psi and waited 20 minutes. bubble checked and didnt find any leaks. the unit is dropping 2 psi in 20 min. called tech support and spoke with a john who put the unit under review.

"CX complaint is WM not draining. Inspected/tested and found no error codes and drain pump activates and drains in test, diagnostics and drain and spin with no issues. CX is claiming it only happens at end of cycle and she has to activate drain and sping. CX claims she does not mix laundry or wash heavy blankets and this happens with any and all loads. Did notice leveling leg sits on AC vent and even empty the unit bounces. Suggested them move unit forwar. Unit had a hug heavy shelf on top that needs to be removed by CX before further service. "Customer complaint is that the unit is not dispensing water. Unit tested and can hear clicking from the back of the unit, but no water is moving. Unit is making ice. Inspection of the dual valve found a cut mark in the white wire. Checked power to the valve and found the valve is only getting about 6VAc. Confirmed 120VAc from the control. White wire to the valve is broken through. Harness is not a replacable part and is in a location that cannot be spliced. Contacted Whirlpool Tech Support with findings. Unit is not field repairable."

"Customer complaint is that the unit keeps getting hung up mid cycle. Checked for stored error codes and found F7E5 and F8E3. Ran test cycle and when the unit went to agitate, the entire basket was trying to turn. Inspection of the drive system found the multiple components rusted, unit is actively leaking. Ordering actuator, capacitor, gearcase, splutch, lower harness, motor, and drain pump. Found evidence that the valves had leaked before, but are not currently leaking. Ordering valves for possible intermittant leak and to address the overflow error. Found water coming down the outer tub. Tub ring is secure. "Cx complaint unit doesn't cool. Entered service mode, ran test 3 and fans were running. Ran test 4 and compressor came on and at step 5 the FC evap had minimal frost with cool air circulating. Cx complaint unit won't complete cycles. Entered diag and found error codes F3E3 water temp fault F2E1 stuck key and F7E4 basket re-engagement fault. Ran test cycle and found unit didn't shift into spin cycle. Inspected underneath and found unit leaking oil. Also found console not responding to certain fuctions on console and it wouldn't erase the F3E3 error code. Ordering parts with 2 call count for gear case repair. Upon arrival I found that the drive pulley nut has worked its way loose and the belt/pulley are rubbing on the cover. I inspected the pulley and found that it is still functional. I rescured the pulley and applied Blue loctite and replaced the belt with one from VS. Unit is now functioning as intended.
