"CX complaint was that the unit has a F8E4 error code. I found that the unit was pulled on at time of arrivel and power was off. I had CX turn power back on. I found several error codes to include a F8E4, F8E2, FAE2 and F7E1. i cleared the codes and ran a auto test. I found that the unit was able to complete the test with out leaking . I opened unit mid cuyce and found SUD's . I edjucated CX to the effects of using dish soap to pre wash or in unit. I advised CX to run clean cycles with white vinagar to help remove suds and to help sanitize the unit. I am ordering 1 water inlet valve (W11434044) due to grinding soun d and low water flow. I found the motor to be opperaitng with out issues. Once the contract is aproved, please have someone for the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11434044 (inlet valve)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that there was Water on the floor by the washer. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are 8:88 = no error codes. I then ran a Service Test on the unit. No leaks found. Ran a normal cycle with soil on heavy. No leaks after 20 mins. Ran a Bulky cycle on the unit. Let that run for 10 mins. No signs of any leaks. Checked the valves inside the machine and hose hook up. No leaks. Checked the Bellow. No holes. Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised the cx to make a video if they see water again.)

Clients complained was the unit wasn't making ice confirmed the issue Seeing that the ice Maker was making ice but it was very slow and there was a loud sound coming from the back of the unit. When I pulled the unit out I took off the bottom kick plate and seeing the sound was coming from the compressor when I wrapped it up in diagnostic mode. The sound got louder and louder. I ran an app draw on the compressor and got 1.78 amps. Coming from the compressor which is pretty high and the compressor was also running very hot.Took apart the inside of the refrigerator to take a look at the evaporator which had a great frost pattern Check at the bottom of the door for any damage of the wires seen. Cx complaint of noise and not finishing cycles. . Was able to access unit and found F7E7 motor unable to reach target rpm F7E6 open motor circuit F0E2 over suds F7E1 tachometer missing. Ran auto test and went through and verified noise. Ran tachometer test and it passed. Checked under unit and found wear on the same components as last time and due to reoccuring will need gearcase. cx complaint is the unit being completly dead. confirmed complaint. unit will not power on or go into diagnostics. units lid is locked with clothes inside. found outlet is properly wired and supplying 122vac. i have no voltage at the board. no voltage at the EMI filter. i unplugged power cord and checked continuity. i onlly have it on 1 leg of the wire. inspected power cord and found it damaged. unit will need a new power cord. ordering part. schedule when avaialble.; ordrng 1 W11513259 (power cord assembly)

CX complai t was that the unit would not drain. I found that the unit had a F21 error code. I was able to access the drain pump and took a restiance read of the pump and found 7.2 OHM's od resistance. I was able to replace the pump and then tested. I found the unit tobe be opperating as designed. Unit test good.

Attempted to pre-heat oven to temp removed bottom drawer and found full of pans. Removed and was able to get unit to start. Allowed unit to pre-heat then cycle.
