I found that during the agitation the unit wouldot move but the run cap would make a loud buzzing sound. I replaced the run cap and unit retested. UNit now completes a test cycle with out issues.

"cx complaint is the unit not washing. checked for codes and found F8E1 no water, F8E6 flow meter failed. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit filled properly and started washing. unit completed service cycle with no issues or codes. started a normal wash. unit filled, washed, drained and refilled. water level is unit looks perfect everytime it refilled. i can see wheel on inlet assembly spinning when unit fills. issue may be intermittened problem with flow meter. cx now says the dispensor doesnt open every time. it worked during testing but i didnt put a pod in it for testing. ordering inlet assembly and dispensor. scheduled return visit for 9/20.; ordrng 1 W11535094 (water inlet assembly) and 1 W11412300 (dispensor)"

Customer complaint unit is not cooling correctly and the unit is leaking. I found the unit leakiing from the freezer. Overflowing. I found the tube is clogged. Clear tube and unit is draining now. The evap fan needs replacing. The shaft is loose. Unit will need new evap. Cx stated that she has to move the setting up in the freezer to cool. I turned the unit off and let it warmed up and when i turned it on i had to go passed mid to get the unit to start. The frost is good. Unit will need new thermosthat. I let the unit run for approximately 25 mins and found that the unit is not leaking from the dispenser or fan. I was unable to get the unit to leak. "CX complaint was that the unit would tumble , but not heat. I was able to verify the unit has the propper 240V's for opperation and the propper 120V's to both L1 & L2. I was able to access and remove the rear cover and checked and found the propper continuity to the TCO. I removed the heating element and found a broken coil on the element. I then replaced the Element and tested unit on a timed dry cycle. I found the unit tobe heating/opperating as designed. Unit test good. I resecured the rear cover and put unit back in place. I collected $322.82 via check for service, parts, shipping, taxes, and labor."

CX inital complant. After doing a self clean on bottom oven , Went to cook something in upper oven next day and after unit got to about 350 unit screen went totally blank and shut off. Upon arrival I found compressor just sputtering. Pulled unit out and immediatelysmelled burnt oil. Inspected compressor compartment and found return line broke at Tee and black oil on bottom of unit. Cut drier open and found black dust inside of drier.Called WPTL and spoke to Chris. Sent pics to him via text and they were attached to file. That along with the stron smell of burn oil prompted him to determine unit was contaminated and he submitted the unit for NR designation review. Informed CX of what I was told and let him know he will be hearing from me as soon as I hear back from WP.. Keeping ticket open until I her back from WP; saved tckt
