Cx complaint is that the unit is making a squealing noise intermittently during the spin cycle. Upon arrival I found an F5E2. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was able to complete the cycle without making the noise. i then got a small load of clothes and ran a quick wash cycle and was still unable to replicate the noise during spin. I informed the cx that if the unit has the issue again to video the issue and call us back.
