CX complaint is DW not working. During inspection I found the inlet valve was completely caked with a brownish clear sludge. This unit has not been turned on since last techs visit. Water will not even pass through valve to go into inlet jet.. Unit needs new inlet valve. Sugested to CX to get inlet hose screens to keep sludge from clogging valve. Ran test 6 to see if the defrost circuit is working. Evaporator thawed off. Defrost circuit is working properly, thermostat is not opening too soon. Did find the defrost thermostat attached to a curved section of line. Thermostat moved to a straight section. Ran test 4 to check the 3 way valve. Valve is working properly. CX complaint is CX not happy with deep water wash. Inspected/tested and found unit working properly. I was here a few months ago and this is a 100% use and care issue. Spoke to Andrew at WPTL. Explained findings and he suggested not putting parts that were ordered on. CX was persistent with replacing parts and to avoid any escalation I put control on for CX to show her physically that it wouldnt make a difference and the unit was working as it should. Unit filled up to the exact line as before. Unit waorking as designed. Job is complete

"No IM error codes. IB fan running slightly weak air flow. and evap fan running well. 31 degrees in IB. 13 degrees in FC. Ice has a wet look in FC and fusing together in RC IB. 39 degrees in RC. IB thermistor at 7.8 kolms which is within 5 degrees of actual temp. FC is running a little warm but IB running 14 degrees above highest acceptable temp. Full frost pattern on evap. I started to question if we have a refridgeration leak but at this point we still have a full frost pattern. Ordering FC thermistor, control and IB fan.
