Customer complaint unit is not making ice in the RC. I tested the unit and found the IM has a E5 thermistor error. I ran harvest test and the ice maker is harvesting ran test 45 and it was jammed. Ran tet 19 and the unit took a long time but after a while the tube openned up and filled ice maker. I rest the unit and the error code did not came back. I told customer taht the unit is going to need an ice maker. I collected 120 and she said she will call back if they want to do it. owes 286.29; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Icemaker 152.16)

"cx complaint is a screaching noise that happens randomly when unit is in use. no saved codes. ran the unit for a while. i heard a little screach once whlie unit was running, also had a rattling noise that happened once while it was running for a second or 2. it was quiet the rest of the time. i inspected and found idler and 3 rollers spin freely. the last roller is very loose and rattles when spun. removed roller and found it rusted inside. replaced with preIDed part and tested unit. it remained quiet. unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint is that the unit is still not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit has been plugged in for over a week and is not cooling. I found that the fan is not functioning and the lights are off as well. I unplugged the unit for a few minutes and repowered it. The lights and fan came on again. I found that the compressor is not running. I found that it is getting 120 volts. I then removed the start device and tested the compressor. I found that it has 8.8Ohms, 9.0Ohms and OL. I found that the last reading is fluctuating. I called TL and documented My findings with them. Per TL I am ordering the compressor drier and start deviceand evap. I also spoke with FG. Customer complaint unit is still doing the same. I tested unit and found the unit is leaving water in the dipsenser. I called techline and they said to repalce the water valve and the drawer. After intalling all the parts she said something about a scratch in the dryer then she asked me if i did it. I asked her for a towel so i can catch the water and to use it as a mat for my tools i did not drop anything and non of my tools touch the dryer. The washer is filling and is not leaving water in the dispenser.

I was able to access and remove the rear cover and checked and found the propper continuity to the TCO. I removed the heating element and found a broken coil on the element. I then replaced the Element and tested unit on a timed dry cycle. I found the unit tobe heating/opperating as designed. Unit test good. I resecured the rear cover and put unit back in place. I collected $322.82 via check for service, parts, shipping, taxes, and labor."
