Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Cleared error of F2E2 ( only error code available.) Ran Service Test on the unit. Error came back after running service Test. Installed new Fascia. "CX complaint was that the unit would not power on. I found the unit to be DOA. I found the propper voltage at the outlet. I was able to access the control and the fliter board. I found 1 20 amp fuse to be OL. I replaced the fuse from van stock. I then plugged the unit in and found the control and display to funtion. I then wet a paper towel and found the unit to make a loud vibration sound and then power stoped. I found the fused o be OL again. Unit will need 1 magnatron (WPW10126786), 1 diode fuse (DE91-70063D part is N/A) , 1 run cap ((82065620, AND 2 20 amp line fuses (W10138793). Once all aprts are avalible, please ahev somoene ofrm teh office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 WPW10126786 (magnetron) and 1 DE91-70063D (diode fuse (N/A)) and 1 8206562 (capactr-mg) and 2 W10138793 (fuse)s, used 1 W10138793 (fuse) from stock"

"CX complains unit is not draining and is full of water. CX states unit was in 'soak' cycle and they moved it to the 'drain and spin' and it would not drain the water. Found unit to have f8e1 error as well as when running diagnostic test cold water can be heard barely coming in. Checked cold side of valve and found it to b completely blocked. Was able to replace valve with VS part. Retested unit and unit now goes through cycle with no issues. Customer complaint unit is not drying and the times are not correct sometimes it only runs for like 15 min. I tested temps and the unit is heating to 175 in the drum and 170 in the exhaust. I check air duct and air is coming out good. I tested sensor in diagnostics and is not changing value. Removed the control panel and tested the temp sensor and i can see changing values on the meter. "cx complaint unit not cooling properly. temps spike up alot when they load unit up with groceries and when they have peopel over and doors are open often. inspected unit and verified complaint. all service tests pass, thermistor tests display temp that im getting, 48 in rc and 15 in fz. noticed condensation on mullion. turned humidity control on and felt mullion started getting warm. also noticed frost in bottom right corner of fz door. no gaps in gaskets. fluffed all gaskets with heatgun. noticed small tear in RH rc gasket but dont think thats the issue. cx wanted me to pull unit out make sure condensor wasnt clogged up. condensor is clear in front and back and i vacuumed off back panel. cx paid 120 service call with check. if cx calls back, preid RC and FZ door gaskets"

CX complaint not powering on - over-the-range microwave - unit doesn't power on - no cavity lights. Upon arrival microwave was removed from range. Plugged unit in and confirmed complaint. NO PWER. Tested door switches by removing tem and isolating them from circuit. Tested good. Found fuse was blown. Place a 15 amp resettable fuse in line of fuse curcuit. Unit powered on. Tested unit with a cup of water. Unit heats but does not spin and still no cavity ligjht. Tested power to cavity light and had no voltage. Wiring diagram states the TT(turn table) and CL(cavity light) and parrell so if no power to one there will be no power to the other. Control is not doing it job. With be ordering p/n: W11342846(Control) and W10138793(Fuse).; ordrng 1 W10138793 (fuse) and 1 W11342846 (control)

cx complaint is the unit running the cycle but not cleaning the dishes. i checked for and found F5E1 door stuck open. cleared code and ran service cycle. unit did not start even though door was latched. i inspected to find the harness not plugged in fully. it need a slight push to be seated and clipped in properly. ran service cycle again. fill valve buzzed but no water entered unit. found supply turned off. turned supply on and ran another service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. unit is working as designed.

"CX complaint: unit RC section not coolingInspected unit and confirmed complaint found 48 degrees in RC set to 3318 degrees in FC set to 1RC evap completely frozen over. went to control and checked thermistors. got 23k at RC evap thermistor, 7.6k at RC ambient thermistor and 11.29k at FC thermistor. Thawed out unit and confirmed Fan whining and struggling to run, RC evap thermistor black and corroded, and found drain tube clogged with some sort of foam. cleared drain. Replaced RC fan harnass(includes RC and RC evap thermistor) and tested unit. unit now working as intended."
