F9E1 appeared evan though water drained. unplugged unit. i cant blow through pressure hose. inspected and found pressure hose pushed onto the wrong plastic stem sticking from tub. once on correctly i could blow through pressure hose. ran calibration. motor buzzes but wash plate does not turn. inspected drive motor and found connector at motor was shoved on backwards. put it on correctly but motor still just buzzes. F7E1 appeared. inspected under unit again. found cap is OL. replaced with VS par and tried calibration for a 3rd time. unit completed calibration cycle and service cycle.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (capacitor VS SB), used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR) from stock"

"cx complaint unit not cooling. inspected unit and found room temps in both compartments. checked and also found compressor not running. used meter to find no 3-6vdc at signal wire, voltage was erratic and would range from 0 vdc to high uneven increments.like 18/27/9.6vdc very rapidly. concluded control failure based on serial range from service pointer W10802724C. unit wiull need new main control. however with controll failure cannot confirm the reliability of the inverter or sealed system and this was thuroughly explained to cx who wanted to know that this repair would be the ONLY repair. i assured them that i could not say fro certain that would be the case and theree is always risk in servicing a 16 year old unit. cx then pointed out the torn rc door gasket. because of this collected..."

"CX complaint: unit RC section not coolingInspected unit and confirmed complaint found 48 degrees in RC set to 3318 degrees in FC set to 1RC evap completely frozen over. went to control and checked thermistors. got 23k at RC evap thermistor, 7.6k at RC ambient thermistor and 11.29k at FC thermistor. Thawed out unit and confirmed Fan whining and struggling to run, RC evap thermistor black and corroded, and found drain tube clogged with some sort of foam. cleared drain. Replaced RC fan harnass(includes RC and RC evap thermistor) and tested unit. unit now working as intended."
