Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is giving an F2E2 Error. I then checked the User Interface Ribbon to the Console / made sure all connections are fully in. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Cleared error of F2E2 ( only error code available.) Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit passed the Service Test. I then ran a quick wash cycle. Unit got down to the last 10 mins. I advised the cx to let the unit finish this cycle. Unit is working as Designed. He suggested to monitor the unit from oltage drops on oppliance manager power suppy and at the UI to determig were the issue comes from. Ran a bake cycle on both ovens, in about 40 min the unit didn't show the issue but F6E4 appeared on display. Replaced appliance manager once again (W10821712 Rop1y), Ran both ovens again and they preheated with no issues, but if the issue comes back, we have to replace the UI. Quoted repair for UI W11232121 replacement $1,436.63 (just the part cost, if the cx calls back within 30 days); ordrng 1 W11232121 (console)"

Customer complaint unit is not turning on. I found interior light is on but is not turning ont he UI. I reset unit and still nothing. I remobved the Ui and tested power getting 13.7 VDC.
