Unit ran through cycle with no issues, but after cycle ended noticed excessive suds in tub even with no detergent put in unit. CX states that sometimes unit will release detergent sometimes it wont as well. White residue appears to be caused by hard water not by unit. called techline and spoke to Kurt who stated cx has hard calcium water deposits building up. CX will need to clean dishwasher and use an additive such as lemme shine to combat the hard water until softner is inspected and is working. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED.
