With the unit unplugged, unable to determine which is causing the problem, but the fresh food thermostat is no longer available. "CX complains unit lights do not work. CX complains unit door chime comes on then lights will go off and not come back on. Unit shows test 16 02, test 17 02 with doors closed. Found power shorted to ground inspected pantry UI and found no response, inspected pantry harness and found 2 shorted wires causing unit door switches to have power to ground. was able to remove short unit will not dispense water for cx but will dispense under test 46. unit will need user interface, pantry user interface, pantry harness and control for repair. office to schedule with cx when all parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W10898445 (control) and 1 W10870822 (emitter) and 1 W11330971 (user interface)"

I did find odor from motor. "CX complains after repair unit reads 100% detergent level even if detergent is low. CX is within 30 day service timeframe. Found unit dispenser sensor to be reading correctly, but dispenser drawer level was not moving due to buildup. Was able to clear buildup from dispenser drawer and slowly filled with detergent. Unit now reads empty, low, 50%, 75% and 100% correctly. Instructed cx when unit detergent drawer is empty, before refilling to impliment a cleaning of the drawer to ensure no more sensing issues. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed."

"Call back. Cs after replacing icemaker unit stopped cooling all together. Confirmed complaint. I found Cooling was turned off at the control. I turning cooling on and compressor kicked on all fans are working,thermistor at 5.56k room temp, heater harness has continuity. Evap started buidling a frost pattern and icemaker cycled perfectly. Unit seems to be running ok somehow cooling was turned off. Advised allow 48hrs for temps to come back down, at the moment unit is working as designed."
