"CX complaint: unit was making strange sound and then stopped starting. Tested and verified complaint. I was not successful in getting unit to start. We do have 120vac into control but not getting voltage at start switch. Control knob feels unusual when turning, it gets tight and loose several times on a 360 degree turn. Previously unit was warmer on med heat than it was on high heat. CX commented on getting condensation on inside of door, back wall and puddle in drum. Venting has been fixed but CX said it did happen again after venting was fixed but hasnt happened since outside temps have been dropping. Ordering timer, Marking rollers and blower wheel for return visit just in case needed. Also ordering cycling thermostst just in case med is hotter than high after control is replaced. "CX comlplai t was that the unit wou,ld not drain . I found a F9E1 error code. I inspected teh rear of the unit and found that CX is using a old drain hose with mor then 2ft curled underthe unit on the floor. I attempted to pick the hose up to help drain and foun d that the left rear foot of the unit was ontop of the drain hose crimping in closed. I was able to ope the crimp and water was able to drain. I advised CX to use the provided drain hose that came with the unit. I also advised CX to refferance the drain install intructions in the owners manuel. CX will replace drain hose."

"cx complaint is the unit making a baning noise. cx said basket is knocking around. basket spins freely by hand and is not loose. suspension feels fine when pushed down. i checked for codes and found F6E3 comm error, F0E7 load in during clean cycle, F1E2 motor drive over voltage. cleared codes and ran service cycle. during spin i heard a tapping noise and some clicking from under unit. when spin reached full speed a loud tapping noise started, cx said thats teh noise he hears. it did complete the cycle. inspected under unit. found rotor bolt very loose. removed rotor and inspected. no damage to slider or clutch. found some wear on the rotor. ran service cycle again, still hear tapping form under unit. ordering rotor, slider, clutch and control for return visit. scheudle when available.; ordrng 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W11633360 (control board) and 1 W11260238 (rotor)"

"cx complaint unit is leaking from under washer said it started like a month ago. inspected unit then checked for errrors and had f5e2 so cleared code and ran test 12 and no leaks, ran test 1 and when water above gasket unit started leaking out the bottom. checked door gasket no rips so removed front panel and looks like gasket just isnt tight enough snapped pic looks like water is running down from bellow gasket. tighten gasket then put back together and tested in test 1 again and water got way high this time and had no leaks. told cx to keep an eye on it but should be good to go"

"Cs frosting in the fc , confirmed complaint. Unit has frost on the roof of fc and on the food on top drawer. Air leak somewhere , gaskets arent torn and rails are closing nice and tight. I used my heat gun to soften the door gaskets so it helps to seal the doors. Also found temps in the rc ok but a little high 15ish in the fc but its was on a defrost cycle so i ask customer to monitor temps and frost. Evap fan working good frost pattern. Thermistor check passed."
