"Customer complaint unit was making a constant hum arrive today and could not verify complaint inspected unit and found two error codes for float switch and drain pump malfunction. Cleared error codes and ran test cycle found when closing door I could barely pushed the left side closed, pulled cover off unit and found leveling feet to be off causing door to not be square when shutting found no water, leaks, or any residue from previous leaks, after adjusting unit, I ran a test cycle and found unit drained, filled and started washing properly. Re-checked air codes and had none present. I believe within proper installation this had caused the unit to possibly leak water or calls an issue with trying to continuously drain this unit does not have the mounting hooks to install two cabinets in customer did not have them for me to install. Unit is working as designed job complete."

"Upon trying to pull unit out for repair, we ran into a complication. On right of unit there is a wall MW. Unit clears this until unit is set down on the rollers. Once on rollers, unit slips behind side of MW but looks like it clears when is on the feet. Upon trying to pull out unit, it caught MW trim and pullked out causing a board to crack. I documented this in pics. When i showed this to CX, she informed me that the trim board i thought we cracked had already been crack. I advised CX to have MW and trim removed so we can do this repair. CX will contact us when MW has been removed. Parts for repair left on top of unit in compressor compartment. Could not reschedule due to MW needing to be removed first; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is that the unit stopped mid cycle, ran noisy. Checked for stored error codes and found F7E1. Tried to run the test cycle and when the unit went to agitate, the washplate did not move. Unit shifted to spin and the same result occurred. Inspection of the drive system found the splutch pulley stuck to the belt cover, splutch nut had fallen off. Splutch reassembled and loctite applied to the threads. Unit retested and is working properly. Ran a quick wash cycle loaded and waited for the cycle to make it to spin to be sure the unit would continue to functionm properly. Unit ran properly."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. Upon arrival I verified the incoming voltage is correct. I then removed the rear cover and found that the element is reading 10 Ohms. The tco is reading .4 ohms. I then access the motor and found that the wires are not fully seated in the connector. i was able to secure the wires. cx complaint unit still not drying well after cleaning vent. cx said he cleaned vent him self with a vacuum and a swiffer. advised cx thats usually not good enough and he may have pushed a clog deeper. also vent has at least one turn inside the wall so theres no way he could have got everything. unit is heating at this time. have lint build up on back side of lint screen which usually means restricred airflow in vent. doublechecked airflow coming out of vent and it still feels weak. let cx feel how strong it is coming out of back of unit. advised cx he should get vent professionally before we charge him for parts and labor. cx will get vent professionally cleaned and call back if still having issues. advised cx to make sure he calls back within 30days of prior visit on 8/31

"Arrived and found same issue, fc cooling but not rc .. evacuated system and accessed the rc evap.. cut cap tube and flushed system in home position.. verifed air flow out of cap tube .. installed rc evap and pulled unit and installed new 3way valve and filter .. pressurized unit at 140psi and no pressure drop .. deep vac unit and refilled . low was -2 and high 60psi.. within range .. fc cooling but wasnt cutting rc fan on too cool.. 01 in test mode reading 20 degrees. cx stated the fan never came on after intial recharge .. in test mode it works and test 40 step 4 high side line was getting frost .. needs evap cover and control; ordrng 1 W11610999 (evap) and 1 W11664342 (control)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer isn't rinsing the clothes. Cx is using the auto sensing cycle. I advised that they will need to use the auto sensing with extra rinse for the unit to rinse the clothes. Showed the cx what I mean by running that cycle in front of them. Washer is now rinsing the way they want it. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. ( This is a use and Care call. I advised the cx that they only get one of these types of calls. ) Unit is working as Designed.

"cx complaint is the unit leaking form the door. i checked for codes and found F2E1. cleared code and tried to run service cycle but nothing happened. tried again and it filled, everytime wash motor kicks on it shuts right back off. wont stay running. pressed cancel but drain pump didnt run. tried again and it did. found terminal block wired properly, supplying 125vac. voltage does not drop out when wash motor tries to run. motor shows 7.2ohms. control sending 118-124vac to wash motor. motor pulls 1-1.1amp. once plugged back in wash motor ran normally. i let unit run to find leak. didnt leak. ordering boad and latch.; ordrng 1 W11613566 (control board) and 1 WPW10653840 (door latch)"
