"installed sump and TIGHTLY secured wash arm to the diverter cover on the sump (to the point of where the retainer clips in the wash DO engage and lock in). started cycle and within one (1) rotation of the wash arm on the lower rack portion of the cycle, the wash arm stopped and just clicked. furthermore, ran unit dry so that the door could be opened and the wash arm accessible to service while running. what is clearly happening is if the wash arm gets even slightly off balance the gear will bind and the diverter motor will just click against the interior gear of the wash arm. if there is no wash arm installed the clicking of course does not occur. multiple wash arms have been used as well as multiple diverter covers. contacted techline and was told to order wash arm again.; ordrng 3 W10860176 (arm-spray)s"

"cx complaint unit is making a tapping noise when slwing down from spinning and spinning at times. inspected unit and checked for errors and had none, ran service cycle and i heard the tapping noise coming from right side sounds like tub ring is hitting cabinet. removed screws tilted top back to find shock pad is stuck on tub must have been installed wrong from factory and i cant remove it. grabbed new one from v/s and installed new pad on cabinet so incase tube ring hits cabinet it will prevent the tapping noise. put unit back together and tested and sounds good. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 W11197416 (shock absorber SD V/S), used 1 W11197416 (shock absorber SD V/S) from stock"

"cx complaint unit gets off balance a lot. inspected unit and entered daig and found f7e1, f0e9. i cleared codes and ran a auto test and found when unit was in a spin cycle I found unit was shaking hard empty. installed dispensor. tried to pull unit out to install the other part but unit can not be removed. with feet as low as possible i can only lift the unit maybe half an inch and the feet still hit the tiles on the floor. tried for a while to remove unit but i cant. cx said unit has been working since last visit. i found no error codes saved. ran normal cycle and it filled and washed properly. advised cx to use unit like normal. if issue returns cx will have to get installers to remove unit before we can work on it. explained this to cx. she understands. unit is currently working as designed.
