"Customer complaint unit was stopped working on rinse cycle during different wash cycles. Also complaint of loud noise when spinning arrive today and could not verify complaints. Inspected under unit and found all drive mechanisms to be good. Found no oil removed wash plate and found a lot of sludge and dirt removed and cleaned and removed hub found some teeth to be worn on hubs so I replaced reinstalled all parts and tested unit again. Unit is still working as it should, customer had said when using a deep fill, the unit would stop on the rinse cycle. It sounds that the harness could be stretching or that the control is having issues with certain cycles. Could not get the unit to make loud noise. "cx complaint unit is no longer making ice said temps are good. inspected unit and confirmed no ice in bin switch is on freezer temp is 2 freezer fan working. i then went into diag and ran ice maker test ice maker starts then stops and says bin full when ice bin has nothing in it seems like ice maker arm is stuck/not coming down. removed ice maker cover to find ball of ice on the ice maker arm so removed ice ball, ice maker has cubes in it all gaskets sealing. put back together and ran ice maker test again and this time it completed harvest cycle then ran test for filling on ice maker and filled with no issues. instructed cx its time for a new filter light is on and showed her what filter she needs. unit is good to go"

"installed sump and TIGHTLY secured wash arm to the diverter cover on the sump (to the point of where the retainer clips in the wash DO engage and lock in). started cycle and within one (1) rotation of the wash arm on the lower rack portion of the cycle, the wash arm stopped and just clicked. furthermore, ran unit dry so that the door could be opened and the wash arm accessible to service while running. what is clearly happening is if the wash arm gets even slightly off balance the gear will bind and the diverter motor will just click against the interior gear of the wash arm. if there is no wash arm installed the clicking of course does not occur. multiple wash arms have been used as well as multiple diverter covers. contacted techline and was told to order wash arm again.; ordrng 3 W10860176 (arm-spray)s"
