I found noise was coming from the gearcase. I found wash plate is seized. will need cut off. unit needs gearcase, wash plate, splutch, belt, actuator and a 2 call count to correct issue. i also found power button intermittently doesnt work. "CX complaint is water leaking from IM. Opening door and saw water drops on face of IM and down on the shelf. Immediately I thought this was a leveling issue. After I leveld unit back the CX showed me a video of water pouring out of IM into bowl . Called WPTL and spoke to Bruce. Went over findings with Bruce and he did not want to see video. Ordering dual valve, UI and IM. Fill tube is frozen so ordering insulation tape . Returning tech make sure to insulate filltub up into opening of IM. NOT ordering IM as of now because it is FBO and has been for months and most likely the last of the 3 parts causing issue. SPoke to VL. Rescheduled CX on me for Friday 9/29/23. "cx complaint unit is no longer making ice said temps are good. inspected unit and confirmed no ice in bin switch is on freezer temp is 2 freezer fan working. i then went into diag and ran ice maker test ice maker starts then stops and says bin full when ice bin has nothing in it seems like ice maker arm is stuck/not coming down. removed ice maker cover to find ball of ice on the ice maker arm so removed ice ball, ice maker has cubes in it all gaskets sealing. put back together and ran ice maker test again and this time it completed harvest cycle then ran test for filling on ice maker and filled with no issues. instructed cx its time for a new filter light is on and showed her what filter she needs. unit is good to go"

"Customer complaint unit was stopped working on rinse cycle during different wash cycles. Also complaint of loud noise when spinning arrive today and could not verify complaints. Inspected under unit and found all drive mechanisms to be good. Found no oil removed wash plate and found a lot of sludge and dirt removed and cleaned and removed hub found some teeth to be worn on hubs so I replaced reinstalled all parts and tested unit again. Unit is still working as it should, customer had said when using a deep fill, the unit would stop on the rinse cycle. It sounds that the harness could be stretching or that the control is having issues with certain cycles. Could not get the unit to make loud noise. "cx complaint unit still freezing. checked temps. 34 top shelf. 35 in crisper drawer. 30 on bottom drawer. 1 in fc. contacted techline. techline instructed to switch the fc air baffle to 'max' to restrict airflow to the rc. also recommended setting the rc control to the 2nd Snowflake, reducing the cooling power by one increment. while explaing instructions to cx she showed me where the liner is seperating from the foam in the fc at the icemaker causing the icemaker to sag more and more over time. called techline back AGAIN and described issue. Techline insisted this was an optional icemaker and the unit is operating as designed the concern with the sagging liner is purely cosmetic and cx may contact cx service."
