CX complains unit began slowly leaking about a month ago and is leaving a rust colored residue behind. Ran unit through normal cycle to try to replicate issue to locate leak and no leak was found. Signs of previos leak in front left corner but nothing that leads up to this spot to signal where leak came from. Called techline and spoke to Sterling who said without finding an actual leak unit will need to be monitored further. However did give advise for oversuds could cause potential leak due to suds overflow from vent. Ran unit through clean washer cycle to ensure no leaks in bellow as well as to clean out any potenial oversuds issues. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED.

I also found that the ducts are not allowing any air flow. I noticed that the RC door is sagging on the nonhinge side. I inspected the door and found that the liner and the cabinet have a large gap between them. I called TL and documented my findings with them. The unit is being submitted for product review. Ran unit through diagnostic test and unit shows no errors, ran through test and unit agitated and went through test with no issues. Ran unit through quick cycle with full load and unit went through cycle with no issues. Removed top panel to watch unit agitate during wash cycle. Called techline and spoke to Austin who said unit is working as designed, no further work needed."

There was no ice and fill tube. Replaced all parts ran test 15 and found that it was stating the ice bin was full. Inspected and found Eyeglass cover was closed causing unit to not make ice explain to customer how it works and told her to let us know if by the end of the day she has no ice unit is working as designed job complete

cx says the ice maker is not dispensing and the refrigerator evaporator is clogged with ice. the pantry drawer is not closing all the way. because of the ice found the auger motor is not activating when the paddle is pressed. the auger motor smells burnt when i opened it up. no resistance at the auger motor and water poured out of the connection. the control is sending 26vac when the paddle is pressed and door switch is overridden. the lights are also dim in the refrigerator. the unit needs parts. cx is going to defrost the unit; ordrng 1 W10822606 (motor) and 1 W10843055 (control) and 1 W10695459 (module)

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer is only finishing it's cycle on time Dry, where the cloths are coming out Dry. Times for any other cycles are finishing early and clothes are still wet. ( i explained to the cx that every cycle but time Dry relies on the moisture sensor. If the clothes are not hitting the moisture sensor the time will finish a lot sooner or add time to the cycle selected. Went over this with the cx in the Use & Care Guide. ) Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are 8:88 = No errors. Unit is working as Designed. ( I advised the cx this is there one and only Use & Care Call. )"

"CX complai t is that the unit is not startig a wash cycle. I foiund that then unti had F27 error cdeo. I was able to enter diag and clear the error. I attempted a auto test and found the F27 to repopulate. I was able ot access and remove the top of the unti . I found no kinks or concerns with the pressure holse . I found that the cold side valve sounded if it was grinding . I turned off waer supply and rmove supply line form the cold side valve. I found no debris in the valve. I am ordeirng 1 cold inlet valve (WPW10212596), 1 hot inlet valve (WPW10212598), and 1 pressure switch (WPW10448876). Once the contract is apporved, please have somoene form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 WPW10448876 (pressure switch) and 1 WPW10212596 (cold water inlet valve) and 1 WPW10212598 (hot water inlet valve)"
