Tested bot fans and upper fan is not working in high or low speed but lower fan is. When unit shuts down you have to back out and restart oven and it shuts off again. Ordering both controls UI main harness, two thermostats and two cooling fans. Also had an F6E4 error code. CX is going to call WP to request 2nd tech auth. "cx complaint item of clothing caught under basket blocking drain in tub. verified complaint. vacuumed water out then tried to run drain pump. found drain pump not running now. checked under unit and found white wire to drain pump tore out of connector so lower harness needs replaced. also noticed gearcase leaking oil and probably cause of wire getting ripped out if it was shaking alot with the comforter that was in unit. have to remove basket to unclog drain but basket is seized. advised cx we i can get basket out if i remove the gearcase but would have to beat on it with my hammer and it would more than likely get damaged. quoted 489.26 for replacing lower harness if gearcase is reusable, extra 300.73 if gearcase and slider need replaced also. cx declined repair at this time; ordrng 1 W11409746 (lower harness)"

"Cs unit is not completing a load, confirmed complaint. Found error codes f9e1 long/no drain, I vaccumed out the water because drain pump didnt want to come on. Remoeved drain pump at ohmed ouit 19k and its getting 123v. Reinstalled drain pump and everything starting working again, Test cycle completed. Maybe a loss connection or bad wiring. Advised use the unit as normal, if it happens again preid drain pump and lower harness."

"cx complaint fz icemaker leaking water into container and rc isnt cold enough, set to 36 and only 47 inside rc. cx had electrician replace breaker and it hasnt tripped since then. inspected unit and verified complaint. found icemaker fill tube tucked behind the funnel on icemaker. reinstalled filltube and tested icemaker, no more leaking. 47 in rc and 22 in fz upon arrival. thermistors seems to be reading good. rc thermistor 8.24k ohms at 45*, fz thermistor 11.4k ohms at 25*. thermistors seem to be reading good at this time. replaced control in case it got damaged from breaker getting tripped several times. advised cx to allow 3days for temps to adjust and call back if issues persist. if cx calls back send tech with damper(WPW10479155) and fz fan(W11224591)"

"cx complaint is the unit not starting cycles. checked for codes and found F5E4, F0E3, F7E8, F2E1. cant clear codes, i hold the key but it just advances to next code as if i just pressed the key. ran service cycle. basket and wash plate did not spin together. during agitation the wash plate just rattled while shaft under it turned. removed wash plate to find splines on washplate and gearcase worn and no longer engaging. inspected under unit. found a lot of rust. rotor is hitting the drain pan everything is covered in rust. gearcase is letting water through. removed slider, its wet and hitting the clutch. unit will need gearcase, rotor, stator, clutch, slide, washplate and suspension kit. quoted cx for repair but he declined to have unit repaired due to cost. paid for service call."
