"complaint is unit not running cycles. cx said cycling power used to let it work for a few loads but not it wont work at all. found F3E2 inlet temp fault, F0E4 spin limit by temp, F5E2 lid lock failure, F2E1 stuck key. very difficult to clear codes. holding the key just goes to next code, doesnt recognize im still holding the key down. checked thermitors on valves and got a readign of 3ohms at room temp, chart stops at 10ohms/149 degrees. thermistor is out of spec. ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. started a normal wash cycle. lid locked, basket turns and unit began filling. canlled cycle and it drained and unlocked lid. inspected under unit. nothing out of place, no signs of binding. replaced valves with preIDed part. calibrated unit. cx paid in full. unit is working"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining at the end of cycles. upon arrival I found that the unit has water in the bottom. I hit the cancel button and found that the drain pump activated and drained as intended. I entered the diag test and found that the unit was able to complete the cycle as intended. "CX complai t was that the unit would not heat. I found that the TCO, thermal fuse, and thermastat all had good continuity. I accessed the burner assembly and rested the coils . I found the propper 300-1200 OHM's of resistance. I jumped the door switch and fou d that the igniter was lighting , but the valve was no opening to allow the gas through. I was able to turn the gas off and unplugb the unit . I then replaced the burnwer assembly with new thread seal. I then plugged unit back in and turned gas back on. I tested the unti and fou d it to heat as designed. I reassembled the unit and tested again. Unit test good."

"CX complains unit is not holding heat, states unit will get to desired temp and then unit wont reignite. Found unit to reach 350*F and unit cycled off as per normal, unit then cycled back on and reignited with the bottom cover removed. Found bottom cover to be very warped. Unit ran normal cycles with pan removed, reinstalled pan and retested, unit got to 350*F again and unit again heated as designed. Unit is working as designed or current visit. CX complains unit will just sense when set to densing dry but will not dry. CX has POP that puts them into costco warranty. Ran unit through normal wash cycle and unit just continued to sense but heat never came on. When running unit through the timed dry unit would heat. Checked moisture sensor in diag test and unit moisture sensor valve does not change even when moisture is present. Unit moisture sensor does not seem to be shorted. Cooktop worked but when trying bake it would just click but broil would trip the breaker. Swapped wires on dsi and broil lit but then bake tripped the breaker Called techline and spoke to rob he said to follow W11525530 page 3 and order and replace the harnesses. Cx complaint unit getting hot when they use the cooktop and fan doesnt seem to be doing anything. Cx just had kitchen remodeled and unit installed a month ago but had unit sitting in box since purchase. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found fan turned on but not sucking air. Removed unit and found that the flap wasnt opening when installed becasue of the way the vent was set up causing unit to overheat.
