Upon arrival I disassembled unit. Set compressor and condenser up and found condenser fan motor is siezed up burned out. This is what caused the condenser and compressor to overheat and quit cooling unit. Ordering fan motor. Part is FBO but CX paid $74.42 for part. This is in the midst of a 4 ct SS job. Prepped condenser and compressor but not brazing together to make the fan motor easier to access. :eaving compressor at CX come ready to be hooked up. Also returning with evap in case. This will be a 3 ct SS job on return to install compressor and condenser and put unit back together.Cannot reschedule at this time; ordrng 1 W11613295 (condenser fan motor)

Customer complaint unit is making noises from the compressor. I ested the unit and found the compressor was off. I puleld unit out and tested compressor the compressor is super hot. I ran compressor speed test and the wattage is going to about 90 watts then it drops to 45 and on high the compressor is only about 118 watts Techsheet stated compressor should be between 55 wats to 155 wats. And compressor is super hot. When i go from slow speed to high speed the ramping up makes a grunt noise and it stays on until i switch to low speed. Orderin compressor and dryer. Cx complaint is that the unit is still going off balance with certain loads. Upon arrival I that the unit is slightly higher in the front. I was able to level it better. I then ran a manual spin and found that the spin basket empty the unit is spinning as it should. I asked cx if the unit has the issue with any other loads. Cx stated that the towels vibrate but dont go off balance but normal loads run as intended. I also found that the cx is washing the sheets on a normal cycle. I advised cx to use the Bulky items cycle. The unit is functioning as intended. Job complete
