CX complaint is fridge tripping breaker.. Inspected/tested and found CX had unit plugged into a surge protecftor with his home alarm system and his dyson vacuum that was plugged into the same GFCI outlet as the WM. Compressor would start and run for a few minutes and then trip breaker. Ran extension cord to non GFCI outlet and pulled amp draw from compreor and at start it was 0.82 and settled to 0.74 which is good. 120vac to start device. Pulled start device and saw small black mark on run winding port. Replaced from pre-id. Unit ran for over 20mins no issue. Unit staill running when I left house. Suggested CX to talk to an electrician about having an outlet installed for the fridge tro be by itself. Unit is working properly. Job is complete

t is front in FC. Inspected unit and found frost top left corner of gasket. When CX opened door to show me I immediately noticed that she opened from left side which is known to offset gears on FC rails. I went over use and care with CX about the proper way to open FC door. Heated and formed FC gasket as well. I did find top of mullion has a slight gap. Didnt have any silicone on truck to fix so ordering it. Ringing noise coming from evap fan when door is closed and is normal op. CX is aware it may take time for FC gasket to set properly. Scheduling CX for thur 9/28(am pref) to silicone top of mullion only. Slide in FC is not defective. Have to use white silicone. No clear available; ordrng 1 W10841140 (adhesive)

CX complaint is IM keeps shutting down. The warm air CX is feeling on front of unit is from the heater grid. After testing unit I found the unit will drop a sheet or two of ice and then fill up the resevoir and just stop. Will not activate recirc pump and wont make any ice unless you restart the unit. After diagnosisng unit I came to conclusing the issue is either the water level sensor or the bin thermistor. Reordering recirc pump that is under 1yr warranty also. CX is concerned with heat from grid so wants it replaced because unit is 11 yrs old. Givving CX creddit of $233.91 for returning the transformer not used. Balnce due was $199.16 and CX paid in full by CC. Upon arrival unit still not coolingevacuated refrigerant and tried to purge unit with nitrogen but found absolutely no pressure comming out of steel line into drier. All pressure was coming out of cap tube and at a high rate. This to me was a sign with a clog in the condenser or discharge line out of compressor. Pulled discharge line and set nitrogen through and with line disconector to condensor no preesure out of port and still sending all pressure out cap tube. This unit has a bad compressor or the inside of port for discharge is clogged. Reordering compressor and drier Cannot reschedule due to part availability. 2 ct SS; ordrng 1 W11580057 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer)

"cx complaint that is something jelly looking floating in the water, inspected unit confirmed that it is some kinda of clear white substance floating inside each glass of water coming out dispenser, tested unit with and without filter and it seems that its more when its a filter inserted compared to without. Regardless it something in the water, tested unit line before it goes through line inside door and got the same results, called whirlpool techline and talked to alan who confirmed that it isn't the unit and that its the water coming into the fridge, advised cx to call plumber to verify"

"CX compaint is that the uni is still freezing food and that the damper motor is makig a grinding sound . I found that the in test 3 the damper is making a grinding / clicking sound. I was able to accessthe damper and found that the motor door is not closing all the way. I took temp readings of the RC and found temps at 38 when set to 39 and tempsing the FC at 2 when set to 0. I called WP TL to document and explain my findings. TL agrres and is reccomneding a replacement of the damper motor (W11236851). Once the part is avalible, please have somoen form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11236851 (diffuser)"
