Also CX stated that RC bins do not fit or slide, Inspected those and found the bins and/or slides will not let the drawers slide in and out properly. "CX complaint is water front right corner on floor. Inspected and other than a paper towel with a few drops there was no signs of a leak under unit. FC no ice on bottom from frozen evap. Pulled unit out and found vent for cond fan clogged with dog hair. Pulled back panel and drain tube and it was clogged with wet dog hair as well. Cleared yube with hot water. no sign of leak from wal valve. One of 2 things. FC evap froze over at one point or sides of unit getting too hot from condenser getting hot cause condensation. RC evap and bottom liner were good. Next complaint ice maker clumping since day one. Verified. Ordering control kit per Service pointer, new IM and now RC door gaskets. Needs Lowes auth. "F0e5 off balanced load Customer complaint unit leaves clothes, wet at end of cycle arrived today and verified complaint check for error codes and found one code for off bounce load. Ran diagnostic Cycle with lid open and found when unit goes to spin cycle agitator spins and makes grinding noise. Unit needs to have hub replaced to properly fix went to replace hub and could not remove wash plate. Explain to customer to have this fixed we need to break wash plate off and replace quoted customer for repair and he had stated he is probably going to go get a new unit due to being halfway on the price to repair compared to a new unit unit collected $120 for service call and explain to let us know within 30 days if they change their mind job complete; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Wash plate)"

Tested the sealed system, pressures tested at -20 psi low side 65 psi high side, vacuumed and isolated the system with Nitrogen...pressure tested the system, no visible leaks. Charged with 6 Oz. of R134a. low side tested at 0 psi high side tetsed at 100 psi. Monitered the pressures, after a few mintues, both low-high side pressures started to drop 10 psi. Called Whirlpool Tech Line and spoke with Rich to document findings, sealed system cabinet leak...non repairable unit. Advised cx she will be contacted in reference to the unit."

"cx complaint is the unit not completing cycles. cx said it gets to spin but goes no further. water drains but clothes are left soaking wet. checked for codes and found F7E1, F7E5, F0E2. cleared codes, ran service cycle. during agitation and entire basket tried to turn. unit spins but basket wobbles a lot and gearcase is very loud. drive hub is most likely stripped but washplate is siezed so i cant inspect. looked under unit. everything is covered in rust. water is leaking through the gearcase. removed pulley and cam fell apart. unit will need gearcase, drive pulley, washplate and drive hub. quoted cx for repair. cx paid service call. said he was not sure if he would fix unit or replace it.; ordrng 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W10902814 (washplate) and 1 W10528947 (drive hub kit)"
