Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking water. upon arrival I found that the unit has the water shut off to it. I turned the water on and heard a dripping noise immediately. I found that the hot water hose is leaking around the collar. I removed the hose and inspected the valve and found no cracks or damage. I reattached the hose and found that the hose is still leaking. I also inspected the drain hose and under the unit and found no other signs of leaks. I informed the cx that the hose will need to be replaced. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

I filled unit with 140psi of R134A and found a pressure drop of 1-2psi in 2 mins. i found 0 leaks from joints in back. i removed evap cover and sprayed evap and found a leak on the right side of the evap. I then removed the evap and found a large liner failure. exposed wires and all. i called TL they deemed unit unrepairable.

Tried to jump icemaker to harvest and fill but unit icemaker did not rotate nor fill. called techline and spoke to TJ who said to reset power to unit and see if it restores icemaker function. Reset power and removed RC LED light per techline to reseat connector, restored power and unit began harvest. Unit will need HV board per techline, and to bring icebin as pre i.d for return if cx has issues with dispensing still. CX paid for control already cx will only owe for icebin if needed.; ordrng 1 W11185686 (icebin pre i.d) and 1 W11043763 (control)"

Removed unit from drip pan, drain pump filter, air trap and pressure hose inspected ok. Confirmed 5Vdc supplied to the pressure sensor. Cleared error, swapped pressure sensor with a new one, but the error came back and the drain pump started again (removed new part). Quoted repair $405.73 , with $110 labor (2nd tech not needed on return visit) for control board W11201285 and pressure sensor WPW10448876 replacement. Cx needs more time to make a decision; ordrng 1 W11201285 (control board) and 1 WPW10448876 (pressure sensor)"

cx complaint is same as last time. they did first load and went to do 2nd and unit did the same thing and would not start or run. powered unit on and no codes flashed. did code and found F31 for L2 line voltage error. only code in unit. checked power at wall and had 121 n 119 and 240 across as well as at term block. all lugs and nuts tight. tested and checked unit. something keeps shorting fuse. all grounds and wire look good. will order heater as well as all new sensors. unit reading a power loss but power points test but thermistop is bad. cx rescheduled for friday. parts ordered. ; ordrng 1 WP8544771 (Element) and 1 WP3390719 (Thermal Fuse) and 1 279973 (Thermal Cut-Off) and 1 WP8557403 (High-Limit) and 1 WP8577274 (Thermistor)

"CX complains after unit electrical was solved unit still not heating. Verified unit is now recieving 241.3vAC from L1 to L2. at outlet. Unit is not recieving 240v to terminal block. Checked thermal fuses cut offs readin o.0-0.1 ohms, element is reading 9.6 ohms and not shorted to cabinet. Called techline and spoke to Chris who agreed that unit receptical is at fault, recieving 240vAC but L2 terminal is not putting out voltage. Reccomend to cx to have a licenses electrican replace outlet. No further work needed."

Customer complaint refrigerator section is not cooling as it should arrive today and verified complaint. Inspected temperatures and found freezer at 2° and refrigerator at 50°. Inspected evaporator and found no frost buildup. Evaporator fan was working properly inspected air diffuser and tested and air diffuser door does not open or close. Had strong airflow from freezer but no air coming in through diffuser. "F7E2 Module drive over temp, F2E1 Stuck key. Customer complaint unit is not starting. I tested the unit and the unit just locks then it does not spin. Follow F7E2 techsheet check and motor is good. Bad boad. Called techline cus there was one wire from the motor connector that had metal exposed. Called techline and we tested lid lock and control and they said they board is bad but something is iffy about the door lock.
