"Customer complaint of a lot of separate issues arrived today and inspected unit and verified every one of them found RC temps at 48° and FC temp at 3° found ice on freezer door gasket from water coming from RC and leaking out front. Found drain pan to have small bow, which is causing water to leak into refrigerator Found service pointer for a service kit to fix this issue ordering parts to fix with service kit found right side, refrigerator, door gasket to be torn, which can cause in proper cooling in compartment. Found a lot of standing water under UI on crisper drawer, which has shorted and pulled the harness From door unit will need new crisper drawer, UI and possible harness, ordering all parts for return visit. After previous visit recount unit needed new Evap fan. Arrived today and temps were at 52 degrees in RC and -2 in FC. Removed contents of freezer and removed back panel. Found good frost pattern and no ice build up behind wall. Evap fan was not running. Disconnected power and removed old Evap fan and installed new. Re assembled unit and powered back on. Evap fan was not running. I adjusted the temperature in the refrigerator to make it colder and Compressor is running and cooling. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

Refrigerator Temperature is 37.8 Degrees. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm getting an E5 Error Code. Ice Maker Thermistor is bad. Ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested. I then ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. Ran Service Test 36 - Ice Maker Fan Motor. Ice Maker Fan Motor is running. Ran Service Test 15 - Emitters Board Test. Emitters are changing from 02 to 01 once finger is covering the whole. Unit will need the Ice Maker = W11658802 & Fill Tube Heater = W11087201. If the cx calls back order these parts. Don't go without parts.

He had found this unit need a new basket arrived today and inspected and found basket that is already in place is perfectly round and shows no signs of being warped, bent or damaged inspected suspension and found suspension was tight and bounced right back up correctly found this unit was on a tile floor, which was pretty slick. Inspected under unit, and found nothing on rubber stoppers for feet. Ran test cycle unit completed Cycle with no issues. Also found no error codes in this unit. The issue comes down to loading correctly and how much is getting loaded inside of unit. Explain to customer how to properly load and explain to them. they are going to move, but that is how they work, no parts are needed for this unit.
