Cx complaint is that the unit is not getting the clothes dry. Upon arrival I found that the unit has a load of clothes in it that are still damp. I started a normal cycle and found that after only a few minutes the unit shut off and chimed that the clothes were dry. I accessed the control and tested the moisture harness at the J13 connector. I jumped the strips and found that it was still reading OL. I then removed the front cover and verified the reading at the harness itself. I then replaced the harness and tested the unit; It is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complant, Washer made a humming sound and stopped , Inspected unit and found no error codes in diagnostics , Calibrated unit and then Ran a normal cycle single rinse warm , auto sense amnd unit filled and started agitate cycle . . Ended that and started a drain and spin cycle ,with CX provided wet batch of clothes in basket, Unit spun up and drained out fine. Ended cycle with clothes wrung out. Advised CX to cut back on load sizes and only fill about 8in to a foot deep with clothes. Job completed, RB"

Cx recorded sound of gas exchange in evaporator, says he can hear the sound from upstairs in his apartment. Likely restriction in evap causing freon to make excessive noise when freon boils in defrost cycle. Ordering evap.; ordrng 1 W11562258 (evaporator)"

"CX complains unit is staining clothing. CX states this has been issue for a week or so now. CX is within manufacture warranty. Found unit has no error codes, unit runs through cycles as designed, found red/orange build up on bottom of tub which could be from something that was washed and stained, causing residue onto clothing. Called techline and spoke to Brandon SR who said cx needs to clean unit once per month due to residue buildup. Reccomended to cx that they use the clean washer cycle with affresh once per month per techline. CX did ask technician to run unit through clean wash cycle while in home to see if it will clean residue, found softner buildup under dispensing cone which would cause the staining over time. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
