I pulled unit out and found the pressure bubble in the tub is blocked but the unit stil doing the same now sometimes it works and someties it just drains. Cx complaint is that the FC door wont open and the unit seems to be warmer in the RC. Upon arrival I found that the FC door is stuck shut. Ice has built up under the compartment and has frozen to the bin. I ran test 3 and found that the FC fan is not running. I am unable to access it to further test it. I took a temp reading in the RC and found that the product temps are at 39 degrees. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to set the return visit for Tuesday 10/3 AM preference. Cx is unplugging the unit a couple of days before we return to allow the FC time to thaw out.
