cx complaint unit is not making ice. inspected unit and foudn temps 9 in freezer and fridge is 40 unit going through defrost. found ice in bin all clompped up to rear left side of ice bin. shook bin and ice is level now then cycle ice maker and it cycled and filled with water juust fine. cx then said ice dispenser doesnt dispense so checked that augar motor hums and does not spin the bin. tried spinning augar by hand and is stuck. reinstalled bin and tried again and now it works dispensing ice just fine. turned temps down and told to keep an eye on ice maker for next 30 days it should work fine. unit is good to go

"cx complaint ice keeps melting when it makes ice. cx said she saw the icemaker has a E2 error but it has made ice after that so she doesnt want to replace icemaker at this time. found icebox fan feels very weak. found pantry ui dead, harness in door corroded and harness to door also correded. unplugged ui and door, icebox fan still feels very weak. will need to get pantry ui working first to see if other components are failing. unit will at least need icebox fan, pantry ui, pantry door and pantry harness. quoted 1,291.31, cx paid 120 service call with c/c and wants to try calling cx service for courtesy coverage. if cx calls back without additional coverage, they will owe 1,171.31; ordrng 1 W10815669 (pantry door stainless) and 1 WPW10769076 (pantry ui) and 1 W11170612 (pantry harness)"
