"CX complaint was that the unit would not start a wash cycle. I found that the unit had a stored F7E1 error code . I was able to clear the code and ran a test cycel. I found that the unit would only make a buzzing sound during the agitation step on the auto test. I was able to access the under side of the unit and per Technical Service Pointer, I replace the Run cCap form van stock. I also replaced the actuator due to the housing fragmenting at the screw hole. I then recalibrated the unit and completed a auto test and a manuel agitation . "CX complai t is that the unit stoped opperating a had a burning smell. I was aboe to enter diag and found a stored F7E1 error code. I cleared the code and ran a auto test. I found that the unit would only buzz during the agitation step and then moved to spi. Once in spin the unit buzzed and coded out the F7E1 again. I inspected the under side of the unit and found the run cap to be leaking dielectric oil. Per Technical Service Pointer, I was able to access and replace the run cap (W11395618) from van stock. I then recalibrated and ran a 2nd auto test and a manuel agaitation cycle. I founnd the unit to be opperating as designed. UNit test good.; used 1 W11395618 (Run Cap VS) from stock"

"Cx complained the unit has standing water. Inspected the unit and could not duplicate the problem. Cx says the bottom of the basin is almost full at times, without them using it. There is a proper hi loop and the unit drained after being filled and wash. Plugged the sink and filled with water, when let drained, the water did not flow back into the dishwasher. Cx will call the plumber to investigate the pipes under the sink. Job complete"

"cx complaint item of clothing caught under basket blocking drain in tub. verified complaint. vacuumed water out then tried to run drain pump. found drain pump not running now. checked under unit and found white wire to drain pump tore out of connector so lower harness needs replaced. also noticed gearcase leaking oil and probably cause of wire getting ripped out if it was shaking alot with the comforter that was in unit. have to remove basket to unclog drain but basket is seized. advised cx we i can get basket out if i remove the gearcase but would have to beat on it with my hammer and it would more than likely get damaged. quoted 489.26 for replacing lower harness if gearcase is reusable, extra 300.73 if gearcase and slider need replaced also. cx declined repair at this time; ordrng 1 W11409746 (lower harness)"

cx complaint uint is giving f8e0 error code for cooling fan and said his mom had a noise of the unit making a noise after they canceled cycle. inspectd unit then checked for errors and had f8e0 and f2e1 so cleared codes listened to recording and the cooling fan is making a noise. cx already has cooling fan so replaced cooling fan then put unit back together preheated oven to 350 and reached temps with no issues. collected 184 for repair. unit is good to go

"CX complaint is F8E0 error code. Inspected/tested and verified. Found when you try to preheat eith oven the error code comes up and shuts the oven down within 5 mins. Tested bot fans and upper fan is not working in high or low speed but lower fan is. When unit shuts down you have to back out and restart oven and it shuts off again. Ordering both controls UI main harness, two thermostats and two cooling fans. Also had an F6E4 error code. CX is going to call WP to request 2nd tech auth. If not granted the builder will have unit uninstalled after parts come in and appt is made.
