"Customer complaint unit is leaking. I tested the unit and found signs of leaking white stains on the floor, wood is swollen and stains on the insulationg of the unit. They had dishes in it and i found forks stikking out of the forks rack and they also have disposable plats and forks in the dishwaser. I also found they are using the wine rack as a big spoon rack and sticking the spun pass and blocking the upper sprayer. I ran test and completed not leaks. I ran 1 hour wash and not not leaking. I cant replicate the leak but it seems like is a loading issue. Adviced the customer to revise manula for propper loading and to keep items from blosking spinn on the arms. Could be locking the arms and spraying over the lip."

I tested the unit and found the unit is heating but after it gets warm the unit displays 3 blinking lights F2E1 i tried to get into diagnostics and i was not able to get in. I Called techline and they told me if i can get into diagnostics i need to replace the UI. I replaced UI and tested and when the unit was heating up i got the 3 blinking light stuck. "replaced bin thermistor. cx mentioned she doesnt think thats why water isnt draining out of unit she would also like the recirculation hoses replaced because theyre full of mold. verified complaint, water still not draining out. also noticed reservoir drain pump running but not pumping any water out and its leaking. unit has gravity drain system. the stand pipe in floor isnt centered behind unit so unit has a longer drain hose thats like a garden hose installed. found drain hose is kinked behind unit. tried unkinking but its creased and will kink again. cant push hose further into standpipe because pipe turns. have to try shorter hose that comes with unit but not sure if it will line up. ordering drain hose, recirculation hoses and reservoir drain pump.; ordrng 1 W11566407 (reservoir drain pump) and 1 WP2185626 (reservoir hose) and 1 WP2313890 (hose) and 1 2208453 (drain tube) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"
