Unit leans forward alot and when tested it leaked. leveled unit up the best I could but the countertop interferes with proper door closing. Suggested to CX to not use unit until he can figure a way to level it properly to avoid any leaking and he signed it. DW itself is working proerply. Job is complete

Replaced TCO and coil from pre id. Tested unit and ignitor got to 3.2 amps and the valve opened and ignited. Ignitor sent by pre is damaged in package but it wasnt needed anyway. Dryer is now working as designed. Job is complete

"Cs unit counts down fast and shuts off, confirmed complaint. No error codes in the system,test cycle passed. Customer had sweat pants in with t-shirts. Sensor picking up the dry clothes and shut down. Removed the dry clothes and left in the wet stuff. Rans unit and it didnt shut off. Removed all clothes and ran unit. Unit detected everything is dry and it counted down fast shut down. Advised customer that is a feature of the moisture sensor. Sensor is detecting correctly. Advised customer to load unit similar clothes heavy with heavy /light clothing with light. Never sweaters with tshirts because they dont dry at the same rate. Unit is working properly."

"I was able to reach the screw but my taitanium drill bit snapped inside the screw, i was able to grab the bit with a pliers but the bit broke again further inside the screw, also the two t-10 screw on the bottoms hinge where too tight for the t-10 so they rounded off. I was able to secure door temporarily by screwing door to the hinges. Door is now secured but the missaligned like the hinge is twisted out of shape. cx is still having issues with the display on the unit. cx has recent videos of the screen changing quickly from '1:26' to 'err' and back whiile unit is running and video of unit running while display is blank. door seal is also coming out of place. i found no saved codes. ran unit. air flow meter doesnt register any air flow at all. showed cx and advised she have duct cleaned ASAP. fixed door gasket. washer was in use so i could not slide unit out to get access to dryer. will need to return with console and UI harness. cx already got prices on duct cleaning. said she will get it done right away. schedule when parts are available. i also advised cx the washer needs to be empty when we return.; ordrng 1 W11459337 (harness)

Customer complaint when using oven and convection fan is running. It sounds like a metal scrape in oven from the fan arrived today and verified complaint removed cover inside unit and found convection fan shaft to have a slight bow to it.
