Per previous tech I was able to access and replace the inlet valve. i then tested the unit and found that it is getting sufficient water flow. I also noticed that the stand pipe is only about 22-24 inches off the floor. I advised cx to raise the stand pipe to a mininmum of 39' to prevent the unit from siphoning. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete.

CX complai t was that the unti would intermitanly not spin out water. I found a F8E1 error code in diag. I cleared the code and ran a auto test cycle. I found both the cold and hot side of the inlet open and the unit completed the auto test with out issues. I rechecked for errors and found none. I ran a 2nd auto test with the same results. I recalibrated the unit and found the unit tobe opperating as designed. No further erro codes. I discused load sizes and propper loading of new unit with CX. UNit test good.
