CX complai t was that the unti would intermitanly not spin out water. I found a F8E1 error code in diag. I cleared the code and ran a auto test cycle. I found both the cold and hot side of the inlet open and the unit completed the auto test with out issues. I rechecked for errors and found none. I ran a 2nd auto test with the same results. I recalibrated the unit and found the unit tobe opperating as designed. No further erro codes. I discused load sizes and propper loading of new unit with CX. UNit test good.

Per previous tech I was able to access and replace the inlet valve. i then tested the unit and found that it is getting sufficient water flow. I also noticed that the stand pipe is only about 22-24 inches off the floor. I advised cx to raise the stand pipe to a mininmum of 39' to prevent the unit from siphoning. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete.

Checked pressures to the unit. I'm getting 110 Psi on the high side. Checked equalized pressures. I'm getting 45 Psi on high side and 40 on the low side. Drained the unit. Pulled a deep vacuum. Refilled the unit with 5.5 Oz's. Unit is working as Designed.

I attempted several times and different methods and was unable to separate the two. I am ordering the spin basket, tub and other needed parts. I informed the cx that the parts will be shipped directly to them. They will inspect and inform the office when the parts arrive. "cx complaint unit still leaking after previous inspection. ran unit and found unit does not appear to be leak from tub lip trough. pulled unit out from install and took pics, inpsecting all corners and seams of the tub for cracks. removed the rack supports to ensure the gaskets are present (as this is a concern ive encountered several times). tilted unit to its side and could not find any water trailing. also found no trailing on the inside of the door panel. with no water marks on the drip tray insulation it would seem that the water is sourced from somewhere more center of the bottom of the unit, potentially the gasket spout at the sump assembly. recommended replacement of the sump assembly.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (sump)"
