Found unit to not be leveled correctly and leaning very far forward also found no water between inner and outer door. Inspected gasket on vent wax motor and gasket is sealed, as it should be replaced door seal and tested unit could not find any water leak while I was here. Explain to customer to keep an eye on it for a few days but as far as that machine was leaning forward, I have a feeling that had a lot to do with it because I did find water run into White overfill traps from front of door unit unit is now working as designed job complete"

Pressures on arrival were 12in vacuum and 70psi. Equalized pressures were 12psi open to both evaps. Ran test 4 and had 2psi on low side and 90 on the high when on RC evap. "cx complaint unit was not making ice before vacation cx said he replaced filter and went on vaction for a week and and returned unit making ice again but was small at first now is big. inspected unit and found ice looks good snapped pic, water on top of freezer gasket. checked mullion and is good. freezer gaslet is hard and has to be causing the issue for water on top of it. compressor then kicked and does nto sound good makes alot of tinging noise. after 15 minutes still sounds the same so pulled fridge out and noise is coming form the compressor and needs to be rpelaced before it wont work at all. ordering freezer gasket and compressor kit for return; ordrng 1 WPW10714545 (freezer gasket) and 1 W11209866 (compressor kit) and 1 WPW10143759 (uvdrier) and 1 w10913906 (coupler)"

"1-W11346197 mag 1- W11325604 inverter 1-W10915651 cover IF CX calls back.. CX paid service call only . F1e6 error on MW, runs for 30secs before giving error .. no heat. Found waveguide COVER damage(top) pulled both covers and didnt find debris .. pulled unit tested mag, reading .9ohms and not shorted .. pulled mag and found the antenna melted.. inspected the waveguide for damage and debris . couldnt find either .. THERE IS A RISK ON REPAIRING UNIT , COULD FAIL AND PARTS / LABOR ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.. Explained that too cx and cx understands .. Noted on TY card its a risk to repair unit.. unit would need Mag and inverter .. Parts that are needed are in qoute and pic in quickpics .."

Cx states still no cool. Was able to access unit and first visit was a FAE1 fan not running this visit was F7E1 compressor not running. Removed evap cover and found only frost and heavy build up top row of evaporator. Verified fans running in test 56 and ran test 40 cooling and frost pattern never progressed. Pulled wattage and found 88Watts in test 40 but dropped as low as 62. Contacted techline and spoke to Derek who sent all findings to engineering who determined sealed system repair needed. Ordering parts needed for repair along with 3 call count. Once parts are in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11109499 (drier) and 1 W11455472 (compressor) and 1 W11455370 (evaporator) and 3 W11506635 (process stub coupler)s and 1 876765 (tubing kit)
