Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying food is freezing in the Refrigerator Section. Checked the Damper Control in the Freezer. Damper is set to minimal. This means that less air will stay in the Freezer and all air will be moved to the refrigerator section. I then set the Freezer Damper Control to Max to keep all air flow in the Freezer Section as possible. Cx also has the Freezer Section packed and items are covering the vents. I advised the cx to not cover the back wall with food. Cx also must put all Fruits & Vegetables in Ziploc bags / Containers. Unit is cooling and working as Designed.

"cx complaint units drum is not turning but heater is staying on. inspected unit and found 248.5vac to unit with good polarity. I found when timer is turned to a time postion the heater element is coming on with out hitting the start button. i found when start button is pressed the drum is not rotating. i found heating element failed and the coil touched ground and took the thermal fuse out. qouted cx and cx accepted. replaced parts with van stock and found unit now checks good. cx paid in full; ordrng 1 WP3392519 (thermal fuse (FG VS)) and 1 279838 (element (FG VS)), used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE), and 1 279838 (ELEMENT) from stock"

"cx complaint unit leaves clothes wet at end of cycle intermittently even after last repair. inspected unit and entered diag and found 0 saved error codes. ran test 1 and filled unit with water and drained it. i then ran test 4 and found unit drained all water out. i ran test 7 and found unit spun the basket at full speed. cx is using 2 Tbps of HE detergent, cx uses normal cycle. I found spin is on. cx uses mostly cold water. ran a quick wash while I called TL. I found the quick was finished without issue. drain hose and stand pipe are installed correct. TL thinks its either the door lock or the console. ordering both. once parts are avaiable please reach out cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11325569 (console) and 1 W11565030 (door lock)"

"i was able to access unit and replace the compressor and orion board as per previous visit. I pulled unit into a 30in vacuum and charged system with 4.5oz of R134A. I found unit began to cool. i also ran test 120 and foun IM harvested and found home postion, ran test 97 and found IM filled. advised cx 24hs for cooling, 48hrs for ice. unit checks good."
