"cx complaint unit wont drain or spin. cx tried replacing drain pump on his own but still having same problem. inspected unit and verified complaint. diagnostic codes 22 door latch, 01 water fails to drop below low water reset, 3e over current motor wont turn. ran quicktest cycle and door locked, water filled, drum started to tumble for a couple turns but stopped and wouldnt do anything else. skipped to next step but it just came back saying PA. found control not sending power to drain pump. control is no longer available. advised cx part is no longer being made. cx said hes going to try to find it himself and will call back if he needs us to install it. advised service call is good for 30days. cx paid 120 service call with c/c"

Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the temps to be the same as last visit and the one before. 45 in the rc and 32 in the fc. Pressures on arrival were 12in vacuum and 70psi. Equalized pressures were 12psi open to both evaps. Ran test 4 and had 2psi on low side and 90 on the high when on RC evap. Had 0psi and 100psi when on the FC evap. Called WPTL and he recomended pressure testing sytem again. Ordering 3way valve and drier. "when i started pulling unit out, small counter to the right of unit started lifting up. i was pulling very gently when it started lifting up so it must have been like that already, made cx aware. replaced control and temp sensor. noticed 2 wires got pinched between control panel and back panel. one wire is going to bake relay, other is going to broil relay. spliced wires so unit will work in meantime. tested unit and it finished preheating to 350 within 10min. ordering main harness. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 W11452622 (main harness)"

"CX complaint is WM noise. Upon arrival I inspected and found nothing wrong with the suspension but replaced anyway because prior tech ordered. No basket on site but found unit basket seized to gearcase splines. Used penetrating fluid and hamer to get basket free. Put basket back in and unit stoll had same issue. Inspected underneath unit and found improper belt installed and splutch and motor pulley covered in black soot from loosed belt. Relaced motor, blet and splutch from VS. Calibrated unit and retested and the WM is now working properly. "CX complaint is oven door fell off. Inspected unit and found both hinges bent and defective. When CX openeddoor the entire door fell out due to hinges and caused almost every part of door to become defective, broken glass, handle, supports etc. Ordering all door parts and hinges. Kelly appliance came out and looked at unit and told them everything was fine and didnt even attempt to reset hinges and mount properly with broken glass and all and told them the door was fine. Reset hinges but they were too bent to put back into place. Advised CX to not use oven until repair was made for safety reasons. Cannot reschedule due to FBO parts. Spoke to at Branden WPTL to report findings and sent pics. Replace all LEDs and top two right hand side LEDs and refrigerator compartment do not light I have found they have 5 volts DC from led driver when manual States 12 volts plus or minus 10% is the proper voltage unable to check power from led driver due to trim over top of cabinet builder going to remove trim and must replace LED driver when available; ordrng 1 W11368839 (Led driver)

"Customer complaint unit is leaking out front of unit after previous tech visit he had found water is leaking after about 10 minutes out front left of unit arrived today and verified complaint. Found unit to not be leveled correctly and leaning very far forward also found no water between inner and outer door. Inspected gasket on vent wax motor and gasket is sealed, as it should be replaced door seal and tested unit could not find any water leak while I was here. Explain to customer to keep an eye on it for a few days but as far as that machine was leaning forward, I have a feeling that had a lot to do with it because I did find water run into White overfill traps from front of door unit unit is now working as designed job complete"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling. Checked the Compressor Section. Compressor isn't running. Checked the Start Device. Contacts are reading Open. I then checked the Capacitor to the Start Device. Capacitor is reading Open. I then checked voltage to the Start Device & Capacitor. White to Blue Harness Wire I'm getting 122.3 Volts. I then checked the Compressor. Pin 1 to 2 = 7.2 Ohms. Pins 2 to 3 = 11.2 Ohms. Pins 3 to 1 = 5.4 Ohms. Compressor is good. Installed a Start Device & Capacitor from Van Stock. Compressor started. Waited 30 mins. Checked the Evaporator. Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern on all coils. ( please see Sd Pictures.) If the cx calls back order the Start Device = WPW10448874 & Capacitor = WPW10350564. Don't go without parts. ( Cx doesn't want to pay for the Start Device & Capacitor. Called landlord on the Vonage app.)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. I then checked the pressures to the unit. I'm getting 120 Psi on the high side & 3 Bars on the low side. I then unplugged the unit to check equalized pressures. I'm getting 50 Psi on the high side and 40 Psi on the low side. ( Compressor Section is Iced over .) Checked wattage on the unit. I'm getting 155 Watts. Checked temperatures on the unit by running service Diagnostics. Service Test 1 - Rc Thermistor is reading 39 Degrees. Service Test 2 - Fc Thermistor is reading 8 Degrees.( Refrigerator has a installation issue cabinet is sitting flush against the Condenser Vent. Wall isn't recessed.) Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.) Per Whirlpool Techline to remove all refrigerant and put a new Drier on the unit. Cx is having the refrigerator swapped out and doesn't want anymore work done to this refrigerator. Builder is swapping the unit.
