Cx complaint unit is not making ice. Arrived today and inspected. Was able to test ice maker jumping lines. Unit did a complete harvest. Inspected full tube and its completely clogged with ice. Possible air leak or water leak from inlet valve or gasket on top on unit. Could not physically see leak. Water pressure is very low and has been for 4 years according to Cx. Water valve is controlled by older t valve. Worked valve to help possibly free any blockage and still have low pressure. Made sure unit had no pinched lines and it doesnt. Bypassed filter and still has low pressure. Valve sounds weak possible weak valve. Quoted Cx for repair and at this time she is going to think about it. Quoted Cx for repair and she will let us know within 39 days. ; ordrng 1 W11043013 (Inlet valve dual) and 1 W11415785 (Fill valve)

"cx complaint is the unit not running cycles. cx said the lid latch clicks over and over again and does nothing else. i plugged unit in and checked for codes. found none saved. ran service cycle. no water entered, found supply valves turned off. once on all valves had good flow. lid latch did not work. it clicked several times but never latched. inspected latch and found it damaged. underside is broken and a piece of plastic is sticking through the bottom of the latch. tried putting latch back together but found a tap inside the latch was broken so it falls apart when it tries to latch. unit will need a new latch. ordering part. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 W11513248 (lid latch)"

"Customer complaint is that the unit is giving an A10 error code. Tried to put the unit into diagnostic cycle, but the unit refused. Started a drain and spin cycle and the drain pump turns on, but failed to move anything. Removed the drain catch while the pump was running and some water drained out, but the rest remained in the basket. Could see the drain pump running. Issue is in the hose between the pump and outer tub. Further inspection found a sock stuck in the intake from the tub. Sock cleared and unit retested. Unit is working properly."
