"CX complains unit is getting hot but is not drying clothing. CX states this has been issue for about 4 days. Found unit to be recieving 122.5vAC to L1, 122.23vAC to L2 and 235.6vAC from L1-L2. unit does heat up at first but after about 3 mins the element goes off and unit is no longer sending voltage to element. Checked fuse, tco and element resistance, element shows 9.8 ohms, tco shows 0.0 ohms, and fuse shows 0.0 ohms. found 122.5vAC goin into thermostat but only .34vAC coming out. Found unit motor was rubbing belt causing oremature wear. Unit will need belt, motor, blower wheel, idler, (4) rollers, thermostat, for repair. Office to schedule repair with cx when parts are approved; ordrng 1 WP3387134 (thermostat) and 1 W10857612 (timer) and 1 279827 (motor) and 1 341241 (belt) and 1 WP691366 (idler) and 1 WP694089 (blower wheel) and 4 349241T (rollers)s"

Cx complaint is that the unit is still to warm in the RC and the ice maker is barely making ice. Upon arrival I found that the product temp is at 49 deg. I tested the thermistors at the control and found RC 5.9Ohms and RC Evap 5.6ohms. I called TL and we ran more tests and then they recommended accessing the RC evap and running test 4 and verifying a frost pattern. I accessed the evap and started test 4. it progressed into step 3 and was just about to go into step 4 and the unit shut off completely. I checked the outlet anf voltage at the control and had the proper voltage. I then called TL again and tested voltages at the control at several connectors and found that the p2 -1 p2-8 and had 36 DCV when is should be 12. We also unplugged all the UIs and fans and still dead. FC 21k; ordrng 1 W11249952 (FC Evap Fan) and 1 WPW10675033 (Control Board)

"Cx complaint unit doesn't make ice. Entered service mode and ran through all tests. Found in test 5 the valve makes buzzing noise and littkle water flows through. All other components came on during test. Replaced valve using pre-id parts, ran test and water still had slow flow. Found cx didn't have water filter put in. Advised cx to purchase filter and run unit. If still having same results, cx will call back"

Cx complaint is that the unit is getting stuck a 6 minutes left in the cycle and contiously spinning until they shut it. off. Upon arrival I found an F0E5 and an F2E2 again. I called TL and spoke with them. I verified that there are no mechanical issues causing the unit to continue spinning. I ran the calibration cycle and diag test and the unit is able to complete the cycle there. Per TL the control will need to be replaced.
