"Cx complaint is unit beeping and pump running. Found that when power is turned onto unit, f8e4 was flashing. Found the drip tray had some water in it. Was able to find where the leak occured by water staining and visibly defective gasket. Found that the right hand rail in the middle rack deformed the gasket and stopped it from sealing to the inner door. Replaced gasket and corrected and rail and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete."

Cx complaint is that the unit is getting stuck a 6 minutes left in the cycle and contiously spinning until they shut it. off. Upon arrival I found an F0E5 and an F2E2 again. I called TL and spoke with them. I verified that there are no mechanical issues causing the unit to continue spinning. I ran the calibration cycle and diag test and the unit is able to complete the cycle there. Per TL the control will need to be replaced. Cx complaint is that the unit is still to warm in the RC and the ice maker is barely making ice. Upon arrival I found that the product temp is at 49 deg. I tested the thermistors at the control and found RC 5.9Ohms and RC Evap 5.6ohms. I called TL and we ran more tests and then they recommended accessing the RC evap and running test 4 and verifying a frost pattern. I accessed the evap and started test 4. it progressed into step 3 and was just about to go into step 4 and the unit shut off completely. I checked the outlet anf voltage at the control and had the proper voltage. I then called TL again and tested voltages at the control at several connectors and found that the p2 -1 p2-8 and had 36 DCV when is should be 12. We also unplugged all the UIs and fans and still dead. FC 21k; ordrng 1 W11249952 (FC Evap Fan) and 1 WPW10675033 (Control Board)

"CX complai t was that during the agoitation cycle , the unit would ake a loud grinding sound. I entered diag and found no error codes. I was able to access and inspect under the unit and found that the drive cam nut had completly backed off and was laying in the sheild. I also found tat the teeth to the spluch were grinded down . I replaced the splutch and belt due to fraying . I the tested unit and unit test good. I advised CX to have a licensed plumber come in and inspect the water suppy valves due to rust and slow drip. UNit test good."
