CX complaint refrig frosting in freezer. Upon arrival notice ice build up along top side of FC. The ice build up was caused by a 3' air leak along the middle top FC gasket. Ice was causing the ice bin to not attach to FC door when opening and Door switch was stuck closed. Not allowing the FC lights to come on. Defrosted ice with heat gun and Light switch and ice bin now works as designed. Also used heat gun to soften FC door gasket to seal up FC. Confirmed with flashlight the gasket was now sealing good.

Found when spinning thumping and screeching. Inspected and found idler seizing causing belt to splinter and tear and rollers worn. I tested the thermistor and she did not have any ice in the ice maker or frigde but the water was about 40 degree in the cup and the sensor was barelu getting above 3.9 k ohms. Bad thermistor.
