He has stated sometimes after the unit times out of trying to drain there is a lot of suds inside of unit after speaking with him, he had explained that they wash the dishes in the sink before they input them in the dishwasher, explain the customer to not do so just to scrape the food off and leave plates and dishes, dirty that the enzymes in the soap will take care of it and what is happening is the drain pump is timing out and it could damage the new drain pump that was just installed Unit is working as intended. No parts were needed. Job complete."

cx complaint unit was making a loud noise for 3 days but now has stopped. inspected unit then tested freezer door and is giving me issues closing all the way. cx saw what i was doing and she said the door is giving her issue. evap cover does have some frost on it so looks like fan was hitting ice causing noise. took freezer apart to find the screws on door tracks loose and can see the door track have been rubbing it. tighten screws right side i got 4 turns. cleared ice put back together and tetsed and door now closes great. had cx test and she agrees. unit is good to go

"Cx complaint unit doesn't complete cycles and causing internal damage. Entered diag and found error code F8E1 long fill. Found paint chipping on the top panel running across the top of dispenser. The faucet switch and fragmented along the the lid. Ran test cycle and valve makes buzzing noise only adding hot water. The hot water is causing the paint to chip and the plastic on lid is brittle which caused it to fragment above hinge. I tested the thermistor and she did not have any ice in the ice maker or frigde but the water was about 40 degree in the cup and the sensor was barelu getting above 3.9 k ohms. Bad thermistor.
