Arrived today inspected unit and found temperatures at 37 and negative one found gasket to be ripped removed old gasket and installed new used heat gun to form and made sure unit was ceiling properly explained to customer why things are freezingdue to vegetables in bags and water-based products right in front of the vent are always going to tend to freeze unit is working as intended. Verified compressor and all fans and damper operation. During test 4 compressor is loud and clicks off. Ohmed out and found 10.6 Ohms 6.4 Ohms and 17 Ohms. At time of visit unit is operating and cx will need to monitor and call back if issue returns. Collected for service only

"CX complaint nothing is working - no power - electric range - unit powers on - no burners work. Confirmed complaint. Upon arrival went to remove unit to check terminal block and a pop and spark occurred. Removed terminal cover and one of the 120v line was corrosion and conpletely disconnected and lying againt the chassis. Replaced teerminal block and repaired house plug. Advised CX to replace holuse 240v plug. Checked all functions. "CX complaint is no cool. Inspected unit and found middle drawer wont open because RC evap encased in solid block of ice. Defrosted entire evap and found drain tub slightly clogged. After clearing evap and tube I ran unit and barely got any frost pattern. Evap running super hot. RC evap was frozen over completely but FC evap had nothing. For that I am ordering a 3 way valve, solenoid, RC and FC evaps, drier and compressor. CX already wrote check fo SC fee and is from out of state and doesnt have another check. They are aware they will owe for the solenoid on return at $116.38. All parts CBE except for that. 4 ct SS ob and labor is set at $$850.00 which will be due upon return along with soenoid cost. CX paid SC of $140 by check and will owe $936.38 after job is complete; ordrng 1 W10276644 (compressor) and 1 W11492867 (RC evap) and 1 WPW10608485 (evaporator) and 2 W11506635 (coupler)s and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W11429989 (solenoid) and 1 W11580434 (3 way)"

cx complaint was the water temp out of dispenser was warm/room temp and the unit was freezing items on top shelf explained that the water travels through water line in cabinet which will take the temp up while it's passing through unit to door and he dropped temp to make up for it to 36 i explained that in the top left corner is where the damper is and that's fc air that can't be blocked in thag area because the air needs to blow over the thermistor and anything in front of it will freeze at that temp because that is direct fc air.

"cx doesnt have pop at this time but can see actual goods issue date of 11/7/22 to keep unit in warranty. cx complaint small puddle leaks out during spin cycle while its filling thru fabric softener dispenser. inspected unit and verified complaint. no errors stored. autotest runs fine with no leaks. found unit doesnt have updated tub ring with slots to prevent water splashing out. replaced tub ring. while i was replacing tub ring, noticed a few drips inside cabinet around fabric softener side of tub ring. tested unit, no leaks. unit is now working properly"
