"CX complains after repair icemaker only lasted 24 hours before it stopped again. Found icemaker has rotated and then stopped mid rotation and wont rotate back or forward anymore. Called techline due to repeated issue with icemaker and spoke to Chris SR# 7736874722, while running testing with techline it was discovered that the FC door harness has a short that can only be found if harness is sitting a certain way. Unit will need icemaker due to the one thats in it flexing too far due to the harness failing. Unit will also need door handle due to set screws being stripped and causing door to not open properly. CX complains unit is not dispensing rinse aid. CX is within manufacture warranty. Found dispenser not activating entirely and control to have slight corrosion. Was able to replace dispenser with pre i.d part per complaint and replace control with pre i.d per preventive measures. Unit now works as designed. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED.

"CX complaint is that the unti intermitantly gives a double beep or will flash a F2E1 error code. I found the unti to not be displaying the error at time of arrivel. I attempted to enter diag mode and found the DBL beep and intermitant nonopperation. I was able to get into diag after the 4th attempt and found the F2E1 error code. I am ordering 1 control board (W11620580). Once the part is avalible, please have someoen form teh office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11620580 (control board)"

Customer complaint unit is not dispensing water. I tested the unit adn found the valve is getting energized but not water still making ice. I found the vent is bwing blocked and possible affecting cooling or putting too much cold air into the water reservoir area.I heater up the water tank and the water started dispensing. Adviced the customer not to block the vent and to monitor the temps. Unit is back to normal operations.

Was able to access unit and replaced evap and drier. Pulled unit into a vacuum and it held for 24 minutes. Charged 4.8 Oz of R134a and unit didnt frost pattern. Contacted MA and found that the ipl is wrong and there is a different compressor for this unit. Ordering the correct one and will need 3 call count return; ordrng 1 W11125124 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (filter drier)
