Contacted WP safety to report findings and they informed stated unit should be replaced. Cx will be purchasing new unit.

"CX complaint is that the unit is not opperating and gives a F6E1 error code. When I arrived to the home, I found unit pulled out and located in the center of the kitchen. I was able to enter diag and found the F6E1 error code stored. I cleared code. I then accessed the sensor and took a ristancale reading and found 1,000 OHM's of resistance at room temp. I alos found the same mesurment of resistance at P3 Pins 4&5 . I then started a bake at 350 and found with a thermacou;ing that temps reached over 550 when display only reached 295. F6E1 then displayed . I quoted CX for the cost of a control replacement. I collected $139.00 for service charges. CX will discuss with husband and call inot office if a repair is wanted."

"cx complaint unit leaked clear water then the next time she ran unit it didnt leak. level is still good. ran autotest cycle, no leaks but noticed there was alot of suds inside. ran a normal wash cycle for 20min and still didnt see any leaks. took door apart, no streaks anywhere or discolored insulation to give me clues. cx mentioned her dishes arent usually that dirty when she puts them in. advised cx issue must be oversudsing or a dish was angle so it was deflecting water at corner of door. advised cx that detergent needs soils for it to activate so it doesnt leave leftover detergent on dishes and wont oversuds. also to make sure dishes arent loaded so they could deflect water towards door. unable to recreate issue. unit is operating as designed and no leaks found at this time."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Oven is not cooking food correctly. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F2E1 = Stuck Key. Checked all Keys. No stuck Key. I advised the cx to not hold any keys down. I then tested the temperature in the oven section to 350 degrees. Checked temperatures with my meter. Unit is hitting over 350 degrees Oven is cycling. I then was told by the cx she never cooks on 350 degrees I need to set to 420 degrees. I then restarted the cycle to 420 degrees. Unit hit the 420 degrees mark. Checked the door Seal. Door Seal completely sealed. ( I then went over Rack positions with the cx. ) unit is working as Designed. I heated and reset gasket on RC and also found a gap between liner and cabinet where insulation had pushed cabinet out. on bottom right of RC. Removed excess foam and tapped with rubber mallet and the gasket appeared to be sealing but underneath it was not. Ordering RC door, both gaskets and top and center hinge. If this does not resolve issue take closer look at cabinet gap and call techline. Cannot reschedule. "Cs unit never cooled after repairs, confirmed complaint. I found unit running but at room temp.compressor and fans all running. No frost pattern. Took my pressures and got -25 low and +75 high. Suspected a leak so i filled unit with nitrogenand found with 3way valve open high and low side at two diffirent pressures so I thought maybe the drier is was clogged. I balsted nitrogen they the system and found brown water coming out the drier after i cut it out, i found that wierd. Replaced drier and vaccumed system down, un it held a vaccum for about 15mins so i filled it up 5.75oz r134 and my pressures were great and building a frost pattern so i started putting the unit back together, advised to keep and eye on it because i think its going to clog the filter again."

Cx complaint is that the unit is that the 30' oven is not heating up. And the RF burner does not always ignite immediately. Upon arrival I found that the unit is clicking when igniting but the spark is not making it to the burner tube. I attempted to access the harness but was unable to without moving the unit. I also found that the RF burner igniter is not arcing every time. I found that it is clicking but not always providing the spark. I am ordering the RF igniter and bake igniter and a 2nd tech for the return visit. Please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit. I called TC to get a 2nd tech approved.
