"CX complaint is that the unit will not power on / opperate. I was able to find at the power supply and the term block the propper 240 V's , 120 -L1/ 120-L2. I was able to access and test the thermal fuse and found continuity. I inspected the TCO , Cycling thermastat, and heating element and found all to have good continuity. I accessed the control and found the propper 120V's , but no drum light or opperation at the overlay. I wasnot able to find the propper 120V's at L2 on the control board . UNit will need 1 maine control and 1 overlay. I quoted CX for the cost of repair. I collected $139.00 for service charges. cx informed me he is buying new."

CX complaint is dryer shutting off. Pulled unit apart and tested for over 40mins and replaced the switch and the belt. As I was standing there I saw the vent about 16ft shoved behind unit. When I pulled it out I saw the entire last foot was what seemed almost melted and completely closed off. This would acct for the unit feeling so hot and shutting down. CX complaint rattling or vibrating noise - refrigerator - rc - when running. Confirmed complaint. Upon arrival checked temps and RC was at 35 and freezer was at 2. Unit was set to 37 in RC and 1 at FC. Sound was coming from the condenser viberating against the cabinet and also found the Discharge line out of compressor hitting another pipe. Added insoluation to condenser and discharge pipes. Noise was gone. Call Whirlpool Techline and spoke with a Rich. He agreed it was not nessesary to replace compressor. Unit is now good

"cx complaint unit doesnt seem to fill with enough water and leaves detergent on clothes. inspected unit, no errors stored. all valves working good. autotest runs fine. found cx only using quick wash and using a whole capful of detergent. advised cx quick wash tends to have worse wash performance because its designed for only a couple items at a time to get them washed quickly. instructed cx on proper cycle selection and detergent usage. started bulky cycle with some towels, jeans and jackets and it did fill up with correct amount of water. unit is operating as designed at this time"

cx complaint was the water temp out of dispenser was warm/room temp and the unit was freezing items on top shelf explained that the water travels through water line in cabinet which will take the temp up while it's passing through unit to door and he dropped temp to make up for it to 36 i explained that in the top left corner is where the damper is and that's fc air that can't be blocked in thag area because the air needs to blow over the thermistor and anything in front of it will freeze at that temp because that is direct fc air.

"CX complaint is no cool. Inspected unit and found middle drawer wont open because RC evap encased in solid block of ice. Defrosted entire evap and found drain tub slightly clogged. After clearing evap and tube I ran unit and barely got any frost pattern. Evap running super hot. RC evap was frozen over completely but FC evap had nothing. For that I am ordering a 3 way valve, solenoid, RC and FC evaps, drier and compressor. CX already wrote check fo SC fee and is from out of state and doesnt have another check. They are aware they will owe for the solenoid on return at $116.38. All parts CBE except for that. 4 ct SS ob and labor is set at $$850.00 which will be due upon return along with soenoid cost. CX paid SC of $140 by check and will owe $936.38 after job is complete; ordrng 1 W10276644 (compressor) and 1 W11492867 (RC evap) and 1 WPW10608485 (evaporator) and 2 W11506635 (coupler)s and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W11429989 (solenoid) and 1 W11580434 (3 way)"
