"unit purchased from costco and has extra year of warranty, pic of pop saved. cx complaint unit leaking from LH side. no signs of water in drip tray. ran test cycle and within a min it started dripping from vent tube. cx said landlord tried to find the leak and he took the vent deflector off and put it back on. found vent deflector not snapped in all the way so not sure if original leak is from vent or if landlord created 2nd leak. reinstalled vent deflector, ran test cycle no leaks. ran normal wash and still no leaks. only signs of leaks found at this time are from vent. deflector didnt feel like it snapped on like im used to feeling and im worried it may come loose. ordering vent, gasket and deflector.; ordrng 1 W11414073 (vent) and 1 W11545539 (vent gasket) and 1 W11545290 (deflector)"

Ran test cycle unit completed Cycle with no issuewent under unit and inspected drain pump found nothing impeding the performance of pump. Explain to customer to try and use less soap than its possible. The unit is not draining properly if it detects too much suds unit is working as intended. Job complete.

I ran several test cycle and found that the nunit would complete test with out issues. I start a quick wash and found that the unit coded out with the F8E1 after a few min. I called WP Tech Line and discussed my finding s . I was able to run several test with TL and it was suggested to reorder the pressure switch (W11316246) and the pressure hose (W11456953). Once the parts are avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date; ordrng 1 W11316246 (switch-wl) and 1 W11456953 (pressure hose)"

Unit is Dispensing Water with a Normal flow in Service Diagnostics Test. Ran a Normal Cycle on the unit. Unit will not Dispense and even put any voltage to the Dispenser. No room at all. Food is covering the Vents and air is not moving. Heated refrigerator Door Seal with Heat Gun. Checked Freezer Door Seal. Freezer Door Seal is Sealed completely. Unit is working as Designed. ( I advised the cx to read Use and Care Guide. I also stated to the cx that can't cover any of the vents in the Freezer Section. ( Please see Sd Pictures of how the cx is trying to load the unit if any questions.)

"CX complai t is that the unit will not cool in ether the RC or FC. I found the unit tobe unplugged at time of arrivel. I was able to plugg the unit in and accesed the compressor compartment. I found the start device to click ever 30 sec or so and no movment form the compressor. I unplugged the unit and ohmed out the compressor. I found 9.8 OHM's accross and 6.7 to once side and 1.7 OHM;s to the other side. I tested unit with a new start device from van stock and fou d the smae results. I quoted CX for the cost of a sealed system replacement in the amount of $1,349.65. I collected $139.00 for service charges via check. CX informed em that they have a home waranty Co. that requirred a quote from a Certified Service Co. CX will call into office if a repair is wanted."
