Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Drying Clothes. Ran the unit on Timed Dry. Unit is Heating. I then checked the Vent on the back of the Dryer. Noticed that the Dryer Vents are two different sizes. Normal size Dryer Vent of 4 inch piping going to a 2 1/2 inch piping. ( please see Sd Pictures.) I advised the cx that this is a installation issue. Clothes will not dry properly. ( Cx will need to fix the piping to all 4 inch piping. ) unit is working as Designed. ( This is a use and Care call I advised the cx they only get one of these types of calls. )

CX complai t is that the unit is intermitantly not completing a wash cycle. I found that in diuag the unit had aF0E5 and a F7E1 error code. I cleared the codes and ran a test cycle and a recalibration. I found the unit to complete both test with out issues. I also ran a manuel test 3 on the motor and the agitation and found no concerns . I tested the motor at J6 pins 2 & 3 and found 5.82 OHMs;s of resistence. I am ordering 1 shift actuator (W11481722). I hav e set a return date for 10/11; ordrng 1 W11481722 (shifter)
