"Cx complaint is that the unit is giving a LF error and will not finish cycles. Upon arrival I verified the error codes. I found an F8E1, F3E2, F0E4 and an F2E1. I cleared the errors and went into diag and manually ran the hot and cold valves. I found that the cold valve is humming but not dispensing any water. Hot was functioning. I innspected the screen for sediment but found that it was clear. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to access and replace the valve. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete"

Seems like the control board randomly sends power to the inlet valve without starting any cycle. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. Checked the Compressor Section . Found that the 3 Way Valve isn't plugged in. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Good Frost Pattern on the Refrigerator Fresh Food Evaporator. I then checked the Freezer Evaporator. Half of the first coil has a frost pattern. I then installed the Access Valve & Coupler. Pulled a Vacuum on the unit. Unit is holding a Vacuum. Filled the unit with 2.0 Oz's of R 600. Unit is starting to Cool properly. CX agreed to quote, was able to replace element with pre i.d part, retested unit and unit now heats as well as rotates. Unit now works as designed, cx paid in full with card. Fill valve is recieving 122.4 vAC and unit float switch is opperating as designed, unit will need control for repair. Quoted cx for control and labor to which cx agreed. Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the control and FC evap fan. I then repowered the unit and found that it is still unresponsive. I called TL and spoke to them. We removed the P13 and P14 connectors and found that it was still unresponsive. we then tested the 3 way valve and found that it is reading 46.3-46.7 Ohms across the board. I then removed the P1 connector from the LED power supply board and found that the unit then became responsive. I am ordering the LED Power Supply board. I set the return visit for Monday 10/16; saved tckt

"Per the previouse tech, I attempted to access and repalce parts ordered. I was able to rmove the washplate , but found the spanner nut to be seized. I found that the SN was rounding out . I am ordering a spanner nut (W10909670), 1 filter (WPW10215093), 1 bolt (W10752187), 1 screw (WP8533928), 1 tub ring (W11161993), 1 tub (W11219115), and 1 basket(W10811960). I have infomed CX that the tub & basket direct ship to the home. CX will inspect pars and call office to set a return date. I informed CX that the unit is leaking water through the drive shaft and advised to not run unit due to unit being on hard wood second story floor. Also advised CX that the Hot supply valve is leaking when closed. suggested a lincensed plumber inspect the valve supply.; ordrng 1 W10909670 (spaner nut) and 1 WPW10215093 (filter) and 1 W10752187 (bolt) and 1 W10811960 (basket) and 1 W11219115 (tub) and 1 WP8533928 (screw) and 1 W11161993 (tub reing)"

To UI the 12 vdc is good but the 5vdc is on the wrong pin on control and not supplying to pin for yellow wire on harness. When i went over findings with CX, she informed me that lightning had struck around the house 3 times within a few days. Ordering ACU. "cx complains unit has been acting irraticly since repair. unit fc shows 6.2*F. Ran unit through diagnostic tests. test 1-01, test 2-01, test 3, damper functioned and evap fan cycled on and off, test 6-01, tried to manually run unit through defrost and unit heater did not heat. Called techline and spoke to Joe who said to adjust temp down and monitor. If cx calls back in to replace FC thermistor again. No further work needed at this time."
