Checked power to the unit while it was running and found good voltage on L1 and L2, but the L1 connection was loose. Connection secured and continued to test the unit. Unit is currently working properly. Customer to monitor unit for any further issues."

LESS THAN 30 DAYS CX complaint about glass uneven had to push glass to activate burners on rh side noticed that glass is separating from steel frame causing a gap & glass raised on rh side repaced cooktop w preid & working properly

replaced parts ordered and tested unit. set both ovens to 400. unit now checks. job complete.

"CX complaint unit leaks. Inspected and found after cycle completes, water leaks from the vent on the front of door panel when opened at 90 degree angle. When door is closed some water runs out from vent and onto console. Contacted TL and they suggested when cycle completes, opened the door to where the steam comes out and evaporates. No parts needed at this time. Unit runs as designed"

Replaced the IM as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete

cx complaint no cool. arrived and confirm. did amp draw on compressor goes up to 19amps and cuts off. call ss tech to confirm comp is locked up. cx is under warranty. theres a service pointer for this issue.; ordrng 1 W11370574 (comp) and 1 W11109499 (drier)

CX complant. Cooktop dosent work. Inspected unit and no electricity at outlet underneath cooktop. CX stated unit had smoke come out from underneath cooktop . Removed top and checked for thermal event. Only found evidence of big spill over on LF burner. SD pics. Advised CX to get electric looked at and call us back if electric fixing doennt fix issue. RB

Not in stock, Further work needed, RB; ordrng 1 W11684570 (inner door) and 2 W11598235 (hinges)s and 1 WPW10128850 (bushing arm)"

Cx complaint is unit not making ice. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found IM chute frozen due to crack in full tube. Defective fill tube was causing water to spill into ice bin and chute causing the IM to stop making ice. Replaced fill tube and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

"CX complains unit shows stuck button error. CX states this happened last year but randomly went away. Quoted cx for service fee, cx agreed to service fee but also wanted to reach out to jennair to see if they could get it covered. Tried to put unit into diagnostic test and was unable due to stuck button error interupting. Unit will need control panel replaced for further diagnostics and repair. Quoted cx for repair, cx agreed to repair. was able to replace console with pre i.d part. tested unit and unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX PAID IN FULL WITH CAR> CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
