Remove consul and found harness was pinched between two parts on board which caused a ground on the harness. Was able to patch and use electrical tape to test diagnostic mode. Unit would need a harness to repair. found error codes above once I was able to get into diagnostic mode tested unit and unit stopped on step 18 had to unplug unit and go back into diagnostic mode and found F7 E5 shifter failure. When spinning basket, there is a loud, grinding noise coming from inside the gearbox, customer had stated this has done this from day one but she was not under the impression that something was wrong due to never having a newer washer. took temp readings first of 3 in freezer and 39 in fridge.called techline to go over unit. spoke to Rick and tested and checked and went over entire unit. no water or moisture found and units temps in range. advised to go over washing things and putting things in to wet and try puttung things in a plastic zip lock bag. cant find water or moisture anywhere and units sealed tight. gave cx a few tips to try and see how that does. seems like unit might be freezing then coming back up in temps as things in plastic containers are full of moisture on inner lid.. will order date loggers for unit. office will schedule.; ordrng 2 DataLoggers (Data Loggers)s

"cx complaint unit is doing same thing as last time. I found unit is having a defrost failure. I found unit in diag shows a open thermistor, test 13 I found heater does come on. I pushed on mullian and found unit now shows thermistor is good. heater and thermistor were already replaced. called TL unit to be sent to the exchange program. WP to send me results; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint unit is not dry and closed properly arrived today and inspected unit and found unit is working as intended. Inspected dryer vent and have no suction at vent on unit went outside to inspect vent and found I have no airflow coming out of vent and flap is not moving, customer has said they have noticed it takes two cycles to dry clothes which tells me moisture is staying inside of unit and not allowing close to dry properly. Explain to customer they need to have professional come out to clean dryer vent and to get a receipt that way if this happens again, they have proof that it was done. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."

Complaint was unit wasn't working.Confirm the issue saying that the client was waiting too long to close the dishwasher door.showed cx Multiple examples that was of what he was doing. He confirmed that what was happening. Show the client the right way everything is working as it should
