"Customer complaint is that there is light frost in the freezer, the fresh food door squeaks, and the temperature in the fresh food compartment is all over the place. Applied grease to the cam and adjusted the cabinet and door to level the doors and cabinet, which stopped the squeaking. Doors are sealing properly. Damper is working properly. "Complaint was unit didn't dry confirmed the issue. We ran the cycle seeing that the heating element was cutting on. Just fine one outside, check air flow coming outside. Air flow was good, so we went up a towel and put it in the dryer on a quick, dry cycle, and instead of the dryer drying the towel. The time immediately went down And the towel still wasn't dry Put the unit on a time cycle for about 25 minutes. And the towel was completely dry at the end of the cycle. "Customer complaint is that the unit cut out at the 50 minute mark. Customer tried to restart the cycle a few minutes later and it made an unusual noise. Unit started and is running. Let the unit run for a little while to see what it would do. Unit continued to run properly. Had the customer grab clothing to add resistance to the motor and continued testing. Checked power to the unit while it was running and found good voltage on L1 and L2, but the L1 connection was loose. Connection secured and continued to test the unit.
