"CX complaint:: unit not holding proper temp. Tested and verified complaint. CX has been monitoring unit with digital thermometers and documenting with pics as they take readings. Unit will be normal for 1-3 days, too high temp for 2-3 days and sometimes too cold for 1-2 days. The pattern alternates between these 3 scenerios. High temps are upper 40s and lower 50s. Low temps are in upper 20s in RC. After being too hot or cold for days, it will resume proper temp for days before malfunctioning again. Took pic of evap anbd it has been defrosting. "cx complaint long dry times and door pops open. inspected unit and conifrmed door popping right back open when you close it. the latch and catch is bad, i was ore id the catch and installed it but same issue. i then went to v/s and grabbed latch kit and installed another new catch and strike nd then tested and door is now nice and tight. i then ran unit and check vent flow outside and seems low. went back to unit vent is kinked some behind unit so adjusted that the removed lower front panel and found one of the moisture bar connectors was unplugged. fixed connection and ran unit again and checked flow outside and is alot better. i told cx to run unit today and of still haveing long dry times to call us back tomorrow; ordrng 1 279570 (latch kit SD V/S), used 1 279570 (latch kit SD V/S) from stock"

"replaced ignitor. tested everything else while i had unit apart. only other thing i could find wrong was valve coils were reading too high was reading 1320ohms and should read more than 1270ohms. replaced valve coils. tried to test unit but when i run the dryer diagnostic cycle it runs for 5s then gives d5 Coin1 error because coin box is full. tried to see if there was anyway to get coinbox out while i had unit apart but there isnt. cx said she didnt have a locksmith put on a different lock, she had a friend drill it out and install one sent to her from whirlpool. tried to get key to work but then found a broken off pick inside like someone tried to break into it. ordering a new lock, advised cx im not sure if ill be able to get it installed and she may have to have locksmith come out.; ordrng 1 W11308563 (coin box lock)"

Cleared error & ran test wash with new LWR arm & checked for proper rotation. The burner never turned off. The timer worked ok on timed dry. Quoted repair $571.28, with $125 labor for burner assy replacement. "Cx complaint is that the unit is throwing an F9E1 and keeps going off balance. Upon arrival I found an F9E1 and an F1E2. I cleared the error codes and entered the diag test. The unit filled and drained but never stopped draining. I attempted to unplug the unit but is is still stuck in the drain cycle. I checked the pressure tube and found it to be free of any obstructions. I am ordering the Control, stator and slider and I also found that the valve continued to drip even several minutes after the unit was shut down.
