Customer complaint unit is shaking and is kicking the dryer out of the stand. I ran washer not erro codes. The set up from the builder here does not left enough space for the dryer feet so when the unit spins it vibrates and the dryer comes off the stan. The feet for dryer and washer are on the edge. The stand is rised 6 inches off the ground. Basically both unit are standing as if they have a pedestals but is just a structure around with a drain inside. the unit is on the highst floor of the unit on ceramic but is not sitting on a concrete slab so it will vibrate and spread all this energy in the house. To resolve the issue the floor needs to be reinforced or it needs a different set up for the dryer. the unit is shaking a lot. Insatlled new suspension to help vibrabration. Unit is good.

Spun basket manually and found the drive shaft bent. cx compaint unit is not spinning. inspected unit and water lines are off unit is unplugged drain line out of the wall. plugged unit in and checked for errrors and had none so unplugged. lifted lid spun agitator and its not spinning the tub. removed agitator got to hub to find the splines are gone and has to be causing the issue. grabbed pre id part and installed then hooked unit up and tested through test mode and everything is working spins good no weird noises. unit is good to go
